Hilton Portland Downtown recensioner

I was disappointed that they gave only 2 bottles of water daily even though there were 3 of us. The room also does not have a fridge and had a safe which did not work. In addition, there was no self service laundrette where we could wash our laundry. The cleaner who did our room did not do a good job with the toilet - I kept seeing the same cotton bud on the floor next to the bin for the whole time that I was there. Also the room size is rather small for what should be able to accommodate 4 persons.

Amazing hotel! the rooms were so clean and the staffs were really nice and kind. would like to visit again!

The location is a very good place easy to walk. If you love to walk the hotel work for you.

Conveniently located at the heart of Portland. Charges $55 for parking even with hotel reservations. Wi-Fi cost money if you don’t sign up for Hilton honors program, not a problem since phone connection is good in downtown. Bathroom still had stains from prior guests….would not recommend to anyone.

Charge my $55 deposit for no reason. Tried to contact them but they are always busy. No way but dispute that from the bank

Very friendly stuff and very clean hotel

酒店位置不錯，離先鋒廣場很近，逛街也方便，衞生挺好，就是服務不好，入住我就發現沒有牙刷牙膏，給前台打了2次電話説送也沒送，我們就出去吃飯，路過前台和她説，説送，晚上我們回來也沒送來，還好我們出去時自己買了。如果沒有就説沒有，希爾頓也算不錯的酒店。

房間小沒有任何洗漱用品 沒有拖鞋 房間空調怎麼也調不暖和，所以打電話讓酒店送被子上來，一晚上不送上來 第二天直接去前台直接忽悠過去也不拿被子上來

不好停車，而且停車費一天需要50美元，早餐外加20美元。
