Mouzinho 160

On arrival it took a few minutes to enter, via the intercom, but the lady was lovely and contacted me as promised when my apartment was ready. My luggage had already been delivered to my apartment when I came back. The building is superbly located only a few minutes walk to Sao Bento Station. Public areas were clean and well kept and I loved the quirky lift. My 1 bedroom apartment was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It was at the rear of the building so the views were nothing special, but the designers had done a great job designing the apartment. I particularly loved the dining area and spent a lot of my time enjoying this space. I couldn't fault Mouzinho 160 Apartments and highly recommend it.

Brilliant location, spotlessly clean, well appointed and great check in. Lovely bright two bedroom apartment in Ribeira. It was perfect for two adults and two children.. Everything worked. All clean and modern. We also got some great tips for places to visit and ended up going to an amazing festival! Only downside is roadside noise due to location.

Nice apartment, but was spoiled by silverfish in the bathroom. The sink unit in the bathroom drained very slowly & I think this was the problem as one of the silverfish we saw was in the sink. Other than that, the place was quite adequate. Good location & easy access. I was emailed by the owners prior to access telling me I had to pay €20 City tax, albeit the booking said all taxes were paid. Clearly not right.

Brilliant location, walking distance of Sao bento/old town/riverside and lots of local bars/restaurants. Beautiful well-equipped apartment, really easy check in/out process. Great contact/communication with management. Highly recommend for a stay with friends

The apartment where we stayed was overall very nice and well appointed, with a nice and complete bathroom and nice furnishings. Unfortunately, the second “bedroom” had no windows, which I consider unacceptable both as a matter of principle and for very practical reasons (like wanting to sleep with the window open). At the very least, this limitation should be clearly mentioned in the description of the apartment - but it isn’t, which I found “naughty”… This is the main reason for my very low mark. Other than this, the prospective visitor should also be aware that the road outside is quite noisy (though this obviously cannot be blamed on the management). On a positive note, the location is very central and extremely convenient for accessing most of Porto’s attractions. For completeness: if the second bedroom had had windows, I would have given my stay a 4 rating.

Apartamento muy confortable, nuevo y excelente ubicación. Inconvenientes: poca capacidad de la caldera ( solo 1 o 2 duchas calientes) solucionamos duchándonos 2 a la noche y 2 a la mañana, parking ( 24 € día) buscando por nuestra cuenta.
