The room is tiny but so comfy for solo trip. The location is good as well since it closes to metro line!

The room is quite clean. I like the breakfast with option of fresh orange juice.

Close to metro station, but the smell from the bathroom drainage was extremely strong, which I had to hold my breath every time I went in…..

Amenities are clean but breakfast lack of choices, just some eggs + baby sausages everyday.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful, specious clean and as mentioned on Trip.com.

The location was very central, close to the rua katerina and trindade station.

Very good location. Big rooms, but the carpets were very dirty, and the toilet was also a bit dirty.

Friendly hotel, with plenry of English spoken. Breakfast 0630-1200! Note aircon becomes heating in winter. Set at 20c.

I didn’t know about the hotel but going into the web , I decided to make my booking and it satisfied my expectation and my wife’s too. I didn’t know that by booking directly thru the hotel’s web , there is a promotion. Next time I’ll do it that way.

Clean and safe hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lighting in the bathroom was too dark - difficult to shave and hard to shower. Room had no overhead light and was also dark. Our room faced the street which was fairly busy and noisy. Had to keep curtains closed during the day for privacy because clients at the hotel across the street could see into our room. Breakfast was way too expensive for what was offered. Very little choice - jam options poor, coffee poor. Only the sliced cheese was tasty.

A little bit far from downtown streets but in walking distance to major places. Close to 2 major metro stations. Quiet and clean. Room is not spacious but everything is ok. No refrigerater.
