This was a birthday present to my mom. Apparently the room was really small and the breakfast very disappointing. For a 5 star hotel the expectation was higher.

The room is very clean, beautiful and comfortable. In the central of the city. Staffs had good service-mind and very helpful. Breakfast is delicious. I’m appreciated.

Mooi hotel op een geweldige locatie midden in het centrum. Het personeel van het hotel is vriendelijk en het hotel is van alle gemakken voorzien. Je loopt in enkele minuten richting alle bezienswaardigheden in de stad. Het hotel bevindt zich aan het grote plein in Porto waar het stadhuis van de stad ook gevestigd is. Absolute aanrader voor een goede prijs!

這間位於葡萄牙的波圖的酒店位置非常之好，走到火車站也非常近。而且到附近景點也非常接近例如非常出名的來羅書店酒店的房間也非常有質素而且酒店會贈送Snacks food俾你，不過要等很長的時間。酒店的職員很友善。會詳細告訴你如何到達那些景點。酒店本身有餐廳也提供西餐。酒店大堂的聖誕樹也很美麗。

非常讚的精品酒店，公區和客房都很有設計感，房間衞生間設施都不錯，有咖啡機水壺，turndown送巧克力，welcome送了一瓶小波特。前台服務中規中矩，下午班的女生比早班那個更好。

Hôtel récent, très bien placé. Bon petit déjeuner (à part le café qui insipide) Personnel poli et sympathique. Attention pas de parking à l’hôtel.
