Nice location near the subway. The room has a nice garden. easy to find and use the lock to open.

Excellent Apartment in a great location just a short walk from the Metro. The apartment is very clean, well furnished and has a great view out onto the Monumento aos Heróis da Guerra Peninsular. The staff were in frequent contact before and during the booking to ensure it ran smoothly, highly recommend booking this apartment.

I booked three nights, but stayed for one night must be leaving. They didn't refund another two night room fee, but Ctrip handled it well and refunded it to me. The hotel doesn’t want to refund my city tax also, they asked me to go back in person to collect it. I move to another hotel, I paid the city tax aly, it’s impossible to charge my city tax. This service apartment is really bad, Reason 1: The location is not real when they mentioned, after pay city tax then you will receive a email with the actual location. 2. During the check-in, the door lock was broken because it was an automatic lock that could not be opened when closed, I have no idea going out and cancelled of my meeting and inability to leave. 3. The shower head in the shower room is broken, and the bedding in the room is damp and cold. 4. The wardrobe design is very unreasonable, hanging clothes makes it impossible to close the cabinets, and it is very short. The kitchen cups and bowls are placed in cabinets that require you to climb a ladder, as you can imagine. A complete failure. That's how I checked out. They still don't want to refund my city tax. The service is 0, and never say sorry to us.

깨끗하고 쾌적합니다. 또한 가격대비 놀라울 정도로 넓은 공간을 누릴 수 있습니다. 5점 만점에 6점 주고싶은 숙소입니다. 간단한 조리도구가 비치되어 있어 숙소에서 요리할 수 있어요. 저희는 몇 가지 파스타 요리를 해먹었는데 맛있었습니다. 다음에 오면 다시 예약할 집.

Très bel hôtel, une chambre spacieuse et une salle de bain grande. Dommage pour l’odeur de la salle de bain, pleine d‘humidité. Gros coup de ＜3 sur la terrasse !!!
