No issues, friendly staff and very helpful with completing laundry and booking a very early morning airport taxi. Great location and comfortable dorm bunk.

Good location good rooms . A bit cold inside rooms. Bathrooms not as clean as they could be but great location. Nice roof top deck and rear courtyard A short walk to train station and cathedral where you pick up Camino stamp So not perfect but acceptable accommodations

We had a twin private room with shared bathroom. The room was spacious and the shared bathroom was clean and not that busy. The staff are friendly and helpful. The inmates were mostly well versed travellers. Breakfast was included and they also held some optional regular functions like Monday dinner and Friday BBQ. There was a big common room. Inmates had a lot of opportunities to intermingle and exchange travel intelligence. We felt warm and at home. Its location is also central and within walking distance of most of the attractions. One more thing : the chocolate brownie at breakfast was impressive. It was moist and still warm! A must-try!

This is not a safe place! Especially if you are a solo traveler. If anything bad happens to you,this hostel would not help you, nor take any responsibility and actually would not care at all. That was exactly what happened to me when staying with them. I booked a mixed room for 5 nights. One night, in the middle of my stay, a sexual harrasment happened in my room conducted by one of the man staying in the same room. He got very drunk. In the middle of the night he started to shout, laugh and finally....masturbated (in a shared room). I was scared to death, my bed was just in front of his, I was sacred he would rape me or hurt me in another way. Suddenly, he went close to the window, and I could hear he was urinating on the floor, on my shoes.. I used the moment that he was across the room to get up and ran out as fast as I could to inform the reception about the incident. I spent the rest of the night in the reception area, was too frightened to go back to the room, I begged them to find something else for me, saying that after all of this, I would not go back to the room. I was asked to pack my belongings as they would check with a manager what they could do for me. On the next day I got the message saying that this man had checked out, and I was offered to stay in the exact same room, in the same bed...or I could leave if I didn't like the idea of staying there... I booked a room in a different place, as I felt disgusted with their behavior. The hostel failed to refund me ANY money for my unused bookings and my destroyed shoes. What was even worse, they never said or charged anything to this man. Nobody called the police. The man ate breakfast and was permitted to check out as if nothing happened. After few days of back and forth with the hostel, they offered that I could cancel the reservation overall to claim a refund - meaning I would not be able to give a review of the place... I refused and decided to give an honest review that this is NOT a safe place to stay, especially for women who travel solo.

AC restrictions not declared until after booking. “For Environmental Reasons, guests are invited to close the windows when using the Air-conditioner for a more efficient use. The cold mode will be set for 23°C minimum in the summer and the warm mode will be set for 19°C maximum during winter, when requested.” Air conditioning is extremely important to me. I saw the accommodation had AC and didn’t think anything of it. After booking, I got an email with the AC restrictions. The bathrooms and showers are unisex which made me uncomfortable to share toilets with women.
