Not many people have reviewed this hotel, but we can say that it is a truly wonderful place. The staff have been incredible and are a credit to the Pestana group . Our room was lovely and incredibly clean, and serviced every day. We only had breakfast, which was good with plenty of choice. Beautiful pool, and ideal location for the beach. We have been coming to Porto Santo now for 9 years , but this was our 1st stay here, and certainly won't be the last. So don't hesitate to just book, this hotel.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We've spent 3 days in this little gem. Felt like ages before we managed to get there from the port, but it was worth it. Our room on the 1st floor was huge and very comfortable. The balcony was amazing, although transparent glass makes you very exposed. Breakfast massive and tasty, occasionally we had a cat visiting us and allowing chosen few to feed him. If you want to go to town, there is a bus (not too frequent but doable), or you can have a nice long walk. And of course, there is THE beach. A few mins walk from the hotel you get into the long, sandy and mostly empty heaven. Definitely on my list to return, both the beach and the hotel. A word of caution: balcony door is very heavy! Moving it was like going to the gym!

Very pleasantly surprised with the quality and friendly/helpful staff at this resort. We took advantage of the pool, dry and steam sauna. The food was very good and the buffet breakfast was plentiful. There is a short walk to the beach but once there, it is amazing!

Beautiful modern comfortable relaxed hotel. Excellent shower and great housekeeping. Lovely clean pool . Superb views. 10min to fantastic beach. Great variety of breakfasts and lovely helpful staff.

the hotel is located remotely, but near the best beach on the island. The hotel is modern and eco, which is very important for me. A bottle of wine was waiting for me in the room. The bathroom had all the necessary supplies, including toothbrushes and toothpaste. the breakfast is varied: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, mushrooms, salad, different types of sausages and cheeses, yoghurts, cereals, fruits, lots of sweets, all kinds of jams! champagne, as always, in Pestana is a big plus. By the way, this is the only hotel in my life where they serve artichokes for breakfast!!! good coffee machine, the coffee is very tasty! The hotel offers scooters and cars for rent, you can arrange any excursion... a sauna and steam room are available for your use. The pool is not heated, but after the sauna it’s the best feeling! the rooms are cleaned every day. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, they will help with any problem, even if it is not their responsibility. the place you want to return to!

Well situated Hotel not far from the Town Centre and beach with a nice quiet ambience. Rooms well appointed and spacious. Always able to secure a sunbed. Breakfast buffet varied and delicious. Friendly staff.

Firstly special thanks to Cindy (my daughter) and Filipa and Leonardo. Also Chefs. They made our stay great. It was our 18th anniversary and they made us a lovely cake. Just lovely people. Porto Santo is great for a quiet holiday. Be aware ferry doesn't do day trip to maderia after August.

Just come back from a week’s break. We were looking for a week of peace and relaxation and that’s what we got. This is a smart, modern hotel with just 16 rooms on the first floor of the building with additional villas to the side. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with an enormous bathroom/wet room. Nice toiletries provided as well as toothbrushes, toothpaste and a disposable razor. There is a fridge but no water provided. Almost all the rooms have balconies which are plenty big enough to sit out on to enjoy the view of an area of land and the hills and the pool area, which was never busy. Beach towels are provided. Just a 5 minute walk away is the glorious beach. A nice bar/restaurant a 5-10 minute walk just past the bus stop. The real benefit of this hotel is the staff. They are so helpful and welcoming. Claudia and the rest of the team really take the time to look after everyone and make their stay pleasurable. The buffet breakfast has enough variety to please all although it may get to ‘samey’ after more than a week. We were staying half board so had the evening meal too. Soup and buffet salad bar to start with a choice of 4 main courses from a menu. A further dessert buffet and cheese for afters. Largely good food and plentiful. We hired a ‘Twigy’ electric car to tour the island and an e-bike. All arranged locally and very easy. Both great ways to see the sights and visit the viewpoints. The local bus service into the tiny town is very easy and just €1.40 each way. Plenty of taxis too. If you are looking for a beach based holiday where you just want to relax then this is the place for you. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the perfect place to stay.
