Baia Bianca Suites

Definitely a nice place to stay for the night, a nice and clean environment, the kitchen has a lot to look at... Compliments to the head nurse, let's draw a veil of compassion for some of the boys, the fishmonger's attitude doesn't reward "Erminio"... The kitchen needs to be looked at again, dishes without anything special but excellent quality of raw materials. There is commitment. During my stay I had some problems with the room and the receptionist Laura was not very kind to me and my wife. I would return here after some improvements, it is a 3 star relais and not a 5 star hotel as advertised.

A beautiful spot on the Isle of Elba. The hotel is located near the beach in Biodola which has crystal clear water and a beautiful sandy beach. The hotel has a private section on the beach with lovely comfortable loungers and umbrellas. They also provide beach towels. The grounds of the hotel are lovely and spacious, with plenty of areas for relaxing. The day beds are nicely situated in amongst the trees lining the beach. The room itself is more like a self contained apartment. We had a beautiful terrace with a stunning view of the sea, which had sofas and a dining table. Inside the apartment room we had a large lounge with tv and air conditioning, as well as a small kitchenette with a full size fridge. The drinks supplied were not included in the room rate (which was over £500 a night) which was disappointing- the small bottled beers were €8. The bedroom was spacious with a king dressing table - this could have done with a mirror above. The bathroom was a little tired and the shower wasn’t great. I imagine that when the resort opened in 2012 it was quite luxurious, now it seems a little dated in parts. The hotel restaurant was very poor in the evening, food was mediocre and overpriced. The breakfasts were better but again hot food was never very good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We appreciated the help from Carmine in the beach bar, organising a meal for us. He also made excellent cocktails to drink by the beach. Try his aperol spritz with ginger beer! The location makes this hotel a fantastic place to stay and the sunsets are something special. We would recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Baia Bianca Suites with my boyfriend for 4 days and really enjoyed our stay. The place is stunning and everything was perfect. The views from the restaurant and the room were so beautiful, we had everything we needed there: one of the most beautiful beaches, crystal clear water, amazing sunsets, gym, pool, great food, delicious breakfast with local products and great service. For anyone looking for a gluten free friendly facility, this is your place as they have plenty of options (gf bread, gf cookies/muffins, gf pasta and plenty of gluten free dishes at the restaurant). We really hope to be back again next year!

Location spettacolare, tramonti meravigliosi, mare e spiaggia da favola; un perfetto connubio tra bellezze naturali, servizi e accoglienza superlativi. Come si arriva si è folgorati dalla bellezza della struttura e dalla cortesia e professionalità del personale sempre disponibile a soddisfare le nostre richieste. Suite ampia e funzionale, non mancava proprio nulla! Spiaggia attrezzata a disposizione degli ospiti collocata al centro della baia della Biodola. Ristorante il top. Un plauso ai ragazzi della reception, ai signori che ci hanno accompagnato a Portoferraio ed al bagnino. Torneremo sicuramente in questo angolo di Paradiso!

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt, auch das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Doch unser Zimmer war sehr klein (max. ca. 18 Quadratmeter) und den Preis von über 500 Euro pro Nacht überhaupt nicht wert! Die Aussicht aufs Meer und die Terrasse, welche ca. 3x so gross wie das Zimmer ist, sind zwar schön aber bei diesen Zimmerpreis erwarte ich, dass die Terrasse wenigstens täglich gereinigt wird. Nicht mal bei unserer Ankunft war diese sauber. Schade. Aber alles in allem empfehlenswert.

La cena niente di che rapportata al prezzo dessert inesistente voto non classificabile L'unica nota positiva il personale !
