We recently stayed for a week at this beautiful hotel. Having stayed at Ikos Olivia twice, we knew that the service would be of a great standard. This time we were Deluxe guests and impressed from the minute we arrived. It is beautifully designed, clean and had a great Mallorcan vibe with gorgeous views of the sea and harbour. It is a large resort which is great for walking but there are plenty of buggies to transport you around. The two beach coves are lovely, the sea was chilly this time of year but can imagine it being stunning during summer months. The concierge service was exceptional - Anastasia and Alex were brilliant and attentive ensuring that we had everything we needed for our stay. All the staff across the hotel were helpful and friendly and made us feel at home. The facilities, gym and spa were excellent and all the restaurants had great food and service. My son has fish and nut allergies but there was plenty of choice for him and the staff were very attentive in this regard. The buffet was our kids favourite of course! We also sampled the dine out options locally and in Cala d'Or which was lovely. There are plenty of activities for the kids and entertainment and my kids enjoyed the playground too. We were so impressed and plan to stay again in the future.

After much much research, I decided to book 5 nights as the keystone of our honeymoon trip from the USA. Booked deluxe ocean view room. View was a little meh, but room was nice, clean and big. Most staff were very friendly. The resort grounds are beautiful. 90% of the food is great. We enjoyed taking a Tesla out for a half day beach excursion, and who ever was the young gentleman who ran the Tesla desk in May 2024, kudos to him. A+ service and friendliness, he is going places. No real complaints, I'm satisfied with our experience. It was also nice to not see many other Americans hehe xD.

Second trip to this Ikos and it was such an amazing holiday! The staff are so great especially Freda at the Main lobby Bar and Skerdi front of house- both are an asset to Ikos and give the best service! Food was fab Drinks were fab Whole experience was amazing so back we go again this year knowing it won’t let us down!
