外牆看上去很新，結果房間的裝修老舊，國內200元左右老式賓館的標準，地毯臟兮兮，傢俱陳舊，房間非常不隔音，隔壁房間説話聲音清晰可聞，唯一優點是離海軍軍事博物館距離近，對面就是

The room and bathroom were dirty and we had to ask for the room to be hovered. We did not realise how dirty the bathroom was until we looked behind the door the next morning. The bed linen did not feel very fresh and we were horrified to find we had been bitten in the night by bed bugs or some form of insect. We had to come home and wash and disinfect everything from our suitcase.

Booked this hotel for one night only had 1 thin toilet paper for two people for one night for two people also was trying to have a shower before check out at 12pm and they said it me it’s maintenance that’s why the turned off but everything was perfect in the premium plus rooms are so lovely bed is so comfortable

The chairs in our room were heavily stained. Finding the correct parking building was a nightmare late at night. Staff were helpful and gave us a code for the sat nav. Would have been easier if this was available when booking. Cleanliness was up to the usual high quality expectation of a Premier Inn.

This was a far better experience following a not so good first stay in a Premier Inn in Oxford. This time we got a clean room without any issues first time. The hotel is ideally located for Portsmouth dockyard, Gunwharf Quays etc. The Dockyard carpark is just across the road which made for easy and very convenient car parking. Dinner and breakfast were both very good. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Much better than the last premier inn I stayed at rooms were very clean , hotel smelt fresh and reception area was clean Staff were all friendly and helpful. Great location and I loved the little table with all the bits for charity . We were even lucky enough to see the big bear mascot for great ormond street hospital on our stay

Our stay was so welcoming! We had our wedding night here, we were gifted some cookies, and bubbly by the hotel. Which was above and beyond. The cooked breakfast was just what we needed and the staff were so good with our 2 year old. I would highly recommend as they were the most affordable hotel in the area.
