This home is central to many attractions in Williamsburg, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Hampton and Newport News. Get comfortable on our leather couches to enjoy the big screen or play games with your family on the coffee table. On your breaks from sight seeing or visiting our many atrractions in Hamptons Roads, enjoy a large backyard and grill. In the morning you can stay in bed, relax or enjoy a cup of coffee on our welcoming porches and listen to birds chirping. Down the street a couple blocks to the water there is a sitting area to read or you can rent kayaks and canoes down the street.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:TRASH-Fri AM-take out to curb Thurs PM take can in early Fri AM--Extra charge if trash left for next guest-can goes by right fence not by house/shed.No extra guests w/o prior notice. Nice and Comfy
Kitchen and dining area had plenty of room and the coffee bar set up was convenient with choice of drip or Keurig and even had flavorings. Bedrooms were also good size and the beds were very comfortable. Good choices on TV and internet ran smooth. Living room had enough seating for our group with couches also comfortable. Loved the decor.
