Where do I start? First saw the lady in the front office is not very happy. Second of all she put us on the six floor and the elevator only goes to the 5 th floor. That’s right the fifth floor. We have to walk up two flights of stairs. But the girl at the front desk seem to think that was not a big deal! I am disabled, so there’s that. Un heard of! If I could move, I would, but it’s Non-refundable and I see why. The room was 196 per night. This is not that cheap. It should be 19.6! NO MORE Hol inn!!! SUCKS!! I’ve tried To upload photos, but they won’t because they’re so bad

I am loving our stay here Great food, drinks, housekeeping and wonderful customer service. Clean rooms and great atmosphere. I noticed you don’t offer Electric Charging here for EV cars. As we move in to this government mandate for all cars to become electric you can be one of the first hotels in the area offering EV Charging

Was really disappointed with this stay. Needs a good clean especially the pool/ showers area. Awful. No basic amenities provided only a note telling you to call reception if needed. The body wash that’s provide in the showers are not topped up regularly because it was empty all three times I went to have a wash after a swim. The breakfast was disappointing and unappealing. Customer service especially at the front desk was poor. The staff at the fitness/ pool area was very friendly and helpful and the poor guy had to use a bowl to top up the chlorine level in the pool. He deserves a raise - saw him sweeping/ cleaning too. Our “premier’ room had an obvious problem with the level of the floor- looks like two rooms knocked into one and no one bothered to level the floor. I absolutely will not be staying here again. Could have stayed at the Marriott for less had I wanted a few days more before booking.

The hotel, staff, room and beds were fine though my room had a slight mildew smell. Shades do not block out the sun completely. They also charge $12 for a very average, not so hot continental breakfast. The same breakfast you get at most other Holiday Inn locations for free. They do have a restaurant/bar which is nice for a night cap.

A wonderful hotel where staff is pleasant and helpful. The rooms are clean and fresh. You enter your room and you have 2 bottles of water and has a microwave and a big bar fridge. The hotel has a coffee station in the lobby and a great place to have breakfast. Some have coupons and some pay. The breakfast staff are so wonderful and you get excellent service and the food is fresh and tastes great.

Check in went smooth with very polite professional service from the staff. I got to my room and had a few problems with my room. The Housekeepers took quick care of the problem. My AC was locked and the 2nd shift desk staff was to busy on his phone to help. I did get it fixed on the 2nd day. For the price of the rooms you should be able to control the thermostat. Overall it wasn't bad just not what it could have been. The Pub had the BEST service . Joe suggested a great meal and wonderful cocktails. He was very prompt and pleasant. The Pub made the entire stay better.

Unfortunately, this was one of the least positive hotel experiences I've ever had. Some pros were that the hotel was quiet and appeared to be recently updated. The furniture was all in good condition. HOWEVER, the front desk employee (a woman, although I didn't catch her name) was very unfriendly. When I asked for a room on one of the lower levels, she snapped back that the hotel was completely sold out, with no other rooms available. I carted all my luggage up to the fifth floor (I don't like elevators), then immediately opened up the hotel's online booking to find that there were multiple rooms available for that night (including the type of room I had booked). The parking lot clearly wasn't full, making it laughable that she'd even make such a claim. She clearly lied, which leaves me to assume was because she couldn't be bothered to provide good customer service. What a lazy work ethic. Even worse, no matter how many times I tried to change the thermostat in my room, the a/c wouldn't come on. I could only turn the fan on, and only slightly cool air was blowing out - the equivalent of a fan and not actual a/c cooling. My room was 73 degrees and very stuffy, even though I set it to 68 and then 65 degrees, and I had trouble sleeping. I've been in hotels with older a/c units that still worked much, much better. When you're traveling for business and paying hundreds of dollars a night, I expect to AT LEAST be treated with courtesy at check in, not lied to, and not have a stuffy, uncomfortable room with a thermostat that doesn't actually work. This hotel needs to seriously re-evaluate their rude staff, as multiple other reviews have referenced a rude front desk employee. I will never stay at this location again, and furthermore, I'm extremely hesitant to ever stay at another Holiday Inn. Next time I'll book a Marriott, where I'm used to receiving superior quality and service.

Ive stayed here many times for business over the past 2 years. This hotel lacked soul up until last year and now I look forward to my stays here. Front desk staff much improved and the bartender Joe provided ded great service and atmosphere; This was the best bar/restaurant experience I’ve ever had at a hotel.
