Terrible customer service! Charge me twice. I had booked and prepaid this hotel via trip.com. When I checked in, I told hotel that we had prepaid. After few days later, I found out that I got charged room by hotel again. I called hotel twice, they said that they will look into it and get back to me. I asked to talk to the hotel manager. They told me that I can leave voice mail on her phone! What’s the customer service??? A week later. No one call me back and no refund. Still waiting for hotel contact me
after 5 days of dispute of billing.
Will never stay there!!
