Parties of up to 4 guests have the opportunity to enjoy this wonderful property, without having to pay for an extra bedroom if not needed. 3rd bedroom will be locked and not available for a separate booking. For 4 guests rental, the 3rd bedroom may be requested, for an additional fee. Parties of 5 to 8 guests will automatically have the 3rd bedroom included in their booking. Up to 8 guests allowed Whole property has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and a separate office/room space. The base price listed is for 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (up to 4 guests). The 2 bedrooms booking option has preset rooms. An upgrade from bedroom #2 to the suite is possible for an additional fee, and must be requested. For parties of 5 to 8 guests, there is an additional $60 fee per night per person. The 3rd bedroom and bathroom will then be included. Imagine having your breakfast or dinner while enjoying a spectacular ocean view. You can watch the amazing sunsets right from your dining table. Private pool in the backyard. The front porch is the perfect play area for small children. It is completely fenced in, allowing the adults to enjoy the ocean view while watching the kids. The beach is a walking distance from the property.
