Great breakfast. Plenty of parking. Other guests are okay (versus some at motels in SpookLou [Spokane and Valley]). Hotel staff are excellent and considerate. Owners are also excellent! Work out room with free weights. The car park maybe a wee bit difficult for a tractor trailer or fifth wheel with long trailer, yet fine if tractor bobtail. They also clear the car park of snow when the snowfall is done. Easy access to Idaho state route 41 and I-90, though the Idaho 41 and I-90 intersection is weird and treacherous (SLOW the stuff DOWN, way DOWN). Easy access to Post Falls sites and sounds like a Walmart Supercenter, Yoke's grocery, good breweries (Post Falls Brewery, Kaniksu Brewery, Up North Distillery [Honey Spirits!], and bring your MAGA hat Selkirk Abbey)/ WiFi is pretty good. Okay for long term stay with large mini fridge and microwave. Also, I book exclusively through Trip.com. Photos eventually yet see the Google Maps instance for this Post Falls Quality Inn. Better than the Sleep inn, WAY better than the sort of sketchy Red Lion inn on th western side of Post Falls, ID.

Best value in the area. Normal hotel guests. Polite staff. Decent breakfast. Close to everything. Spokane airport 30 minutes away. Business computer & printer. Good selection of TV channels. 24 hour maintenance available. Pet friendly on first floor. Free parking. Microwave and fridge in room. I've been here two weeks and it's been one of the better hotels. Good high-speed Wi-Fi and telephone.

This hotel is tired and run-down. The room carpets are worn in places, the bathtubs are chipped, the furniture is old and, in some cases, falling apart a bit. The bed linen, though clean, is old polyester and quite pilled. The first room we were given was not clean. The mirrors were absolutely filthy. The furniture was dusty, and the top of the headboard had not been dusted for a long time. The phone didn't work and the Wi-Fi signal was so weak we couldn't get our devices to stay connected. We moved rooms. The second room did have working Internet and you could actually see in the mirrors. There was still a good layer of dust on the headboard and on the shelf underneath the bedside tables. The fridge was really noisy. The sink drained really slowly, due to the plug being stuck almost all the way down and there was grey gunk stuck under the plug which wouldn't go down. The linens were at least clean. The front desk was unmanned when we were trying to check out, despite ringing the bell. Finally, a house keeper told us to just leave the keys on the desk. Would definitely not go back there.

I booked through Priceline and it was non-refundable, or I would have left. (Non-refundable for a reason!) The room reeked of cigarette smoke, the bathroom smelled of urine, and the toilet had not been cleaned in a long time - the toilet bowl was yellow and there was hair all over. The tub doesn't drain. I manage vacation rentals, and I know what's down the drain when it's that bad. The response from housekeeping was that it's an old property and NONE of the tubs drain. Use a plunger, snake the drain, or call a plumber! This is a busy property and should certainly be able to afford basic upkeep. It was so nasty! The bedding was stained and snagged - way beyond time to replace it. When I flipped back the coverlet, there were blood and urine stains on the comforter. I slept in full pajamas and socks and showered in sandals. After seeing the room, I didn't risk eating breakfast. Yuck.

Great nightly rate and Excellent complimentary breakfast. Hot options available including biscuits and gravy. Staff super friendly and room was spacious. Pillows provided could have been better and a little noisy at night. Overall highly recommend

Bed is fine, breakfast needs to be changed up a bit to add some different items once in awhile. Sign of the side road could be bigger for sure it’s a little hard to find with all the construction. WiFi didn’t really work for what I do so I used my personal hot spot to complete my work

This hotel is absolutely appaling and if you ask me, it needs to be demolished immediately. I don’t mind if a hotel is dated, but if it’s dirty to this extent, it’s unsafe to stay here. Not even going to try the breakfast given the conditions of the room. Terrible, do not come here. Saving money on a hotel doesn’t matter when it’s going to give you medical bills higher than a months stay at a luxury hotel afterward. Only reason I can think to give this place even a 1 star is that it’s far away from where I live, so I never have to see it again. Shut this by place down now.
