My husband and I love staying here as a little get away. The staff here are awesome!

Very basic. Room was dirty, price point was disappointing for the amities. We had a “smoke free” room but the cigarette smell was unbearable. Would not stay here again. Car had parts stolen while parked over night. Check out is at 11; house keeping came by at 9:30 to ***** the beds.

Employees were friendly, kind and made sure we knew where everything was. Our room was the cleanest I’ve ever seen. We were very comfortable and rested for the next day’s drive. We will definitely stay here again.

My stay was very good and I was plenty satifed with my stay I wished you had a a better breakfast it was okay but nothing to good the room was very clean and the staff at the front was every nice and clean and well dressed .

The hotel was very convenient for this trip and I keep it in mind whenever in the area. Enjoy the proximity to multiple services and dining. Staff were courteous and professional I would choose this hotel again when next in Poteau.

The room itself was clean and ready when we arrived. The shower head was below my head (6'2"). Breakfast was scant & barely qualified as "hot". Beds were hard as the tile floors. It's a 1-ply TP motel

We stayed at this location for 4 nights. There is not a lot of options in Poteau and we have stayed at one other establishment there and wanted to try something new. Check-in was a breeze. Got to our room, door was difficult to open and close, showing signs of age. The room itself was clean and basic. The furniture was very torn up, like should have been replaced yesterday. The beds are interesting and sit on a weird metal base I have never seen. The mattresses were horrible. Back pain every night. The floors are vinyl, which I understand is easier to care for, especially when pets are allowed, but they get dirty very quickly. There is not a floor mat or anything to wipe your feet on so when we walked around the room in our socks or barefoot, our feet got filthy (so gross when you want to go to bed). What really did us in was the noise from the street. Clearly, you can’t pick up and move the hotel, but it was as if there was absolutely no sound proofing. It got very loud at times considering there is an interstate right there. Had to ask for our room to be cleaned one day, I guess they forgot but quickly came over and took care of it. We will be passing on this property in the future.

I would find somewhere else to stay. When we pulled down the sheets, there were multiple hairs in the bed. They switched our room, and there was hair in that bed too. We asked for clean sheets to make our own bed and one of two sheets had hair in it. Also, there was a plastic shower cap over the smoke detector. Worst room experience I’ve had in all my years of travel. Front desk person reported to management and they did not offer me anything and no one came out to apologize. The duvet cover was also super wrinkled. Very disappointing.

The room was fine for one night. Check in was smooth and friendly. The room appeared clean but the bottom of my white socks became quickly dirty. The vinyl plank on the floors was pretty but may not have been mopped in a while. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast selection was good and tasty.
