There were no issues, clean and nice.

What a mess! They are renovating!!! Boxes of furniture in the halls on all floors. Piles of furniture at the ends of the halls. Carpets were dirty, plaster dirt. Wallpaper coming off in the breakfast area and hall. Place smells of ****. On a positive note, the staff are nice, the newly painted rooms and tiled bathrooms look nice. They need to clean up the grounds outside, trash everywhere, no mulch in the gardens and weeds everywhere. Towels are due for an upgrade, pretty thin and stained. I think when they get finished it may actually look pretty decent. In the meantime you may want to try a different place.

Warning! Do not go to this location. It is a disaster. Had booked for the fitness center. Arrived late because of flight delays, only to find there is not fitness center due to the renovations. After involving the manager, they agreed to refund us our money, however we had to call ******* to make that happen. We left to find another hotel. Called ******* to cancel, and to our surprise, the folks at this dump would not answer their phone to confirm that there was indeed no fitness center and we therefore were able to get a refund. They called twice. We called. No answer. So we get in our car and drive back two exits on I-81 to the hotel. I call ******* in the car before I walk into the lobby. As I walk into the lobby, their phone is ringing. "Answer the telephone, " we instruct the desk employee. After it was completed, he said they were busy and unable to answer the telephone (3 times that they were called). Funny. There was no one in the place!!!

They are going through remodeling, so the halls are filled with stock piled old furniture. We are here for a 3 night stay and got locked out after the first day. Wallpaper in the dining area is literally falling off the walls. You can't find a table that doesn't wobble to the point that your coffee spills. Bathroom off the dining room is filthy, has no soap and no paper towels. Garbage hasn't been emptied or entire stay. Our room was ok, but common areas are filthy. There will be NO repeat visit!

This property is under renovation (July 2024), but they continue to charge full price. I travel very frequently and have stayed at properties under renovation many times… if you travel a lot, it is inevitable. There are two types of hotel management through a renovation project… one type of manager invests the effort and resources necessary to minimize the impact of the renovation on guest experience. The other type of manager uses the renovation as an excuse for the property to be totally disheveled, dirty, and without any accommodation for the inconveniences of living and working around a construction zone. The manager of this property has chosen to be the latter of the two. This property is not maintaining brand standards during the renovation. There is dust, dirt, materials, and equipment everywhere. I stayed at this property a few years back and the management was terrific. The property was clean, the staff were friendly, and I could tell that there was just an overall good sense of cohesion and drive to satisfy the guests. It is obvious the property has changed hands, and the management doesn’t have a solid grasp of what US hotel guests expect out of a low/mid-range property. The dust, the dirt, the noise… and ALL of the inconveniences, with no concern for guest experience… or even safety. It’s hard to say that your property is pet friendly (or kid friendly) when there are exposed (and live) electrical wires hanging out of the wall in the hallways. I rarely book a hotel without doing sufficient research… but I was passing through late at night and needed to stop for the night. Learn from my lesson, don’t stay here!

The hotel is frozen in renovations. Pool empty, hallway and elevator dirty. The room we stayed in for 2 nights was clean, but no hooks for clothing in bathroom, doors scraped up, no toilet paper holder, towels bare thin. We were there Tues to Thurs. No work being done. Maybe they should close down and get the work done? Construction materials sitting around.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE… 1). It is under construction/renovation and there is no warning about this. (2). Walked into a very dirty room that was unclean and not ready for us. (3). Hotel did not want to refund us for the room and after providing pics —— learn from our bad misfortune and stay away from this pace—— the price is not worth it!!!! *******Buyer Beware*******

Filthiest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel. Bed was comfortable and "appeared" clean but I couldn't trust anything after seeing the bathroom. Couldn't change hotels because we were in the middle of a big storm. Phone looked like it hadn't worked in years.

Needs a lot of work and maitnance. Three rooms checked up. All of them had a strong awfull odoeur. Ground flour rooms the worst smell, something like tobacco mixed with mold and humidity. On the top of that we saw insects(bed bags) under the matress. There were no moskito nets on the windows, so it is an open invitation for all street insects. Left the hotel after 5 min being inside the room, we refused to stay for overnight. Thanks to ths night manager who agreed not to charge my card for the check in.
