the location was wonderful and central to everything we needed and the room was clean. However, there were multiple things in our room that needed replacing like the bathroom mirror and a cupboard door. The Service was very poor. the receptionist wasn't there half the time and we were told that we had to check out at 10:00am when my confirmation email stated that we could check out anytime before 8pm. This was very disappointing as it cut our weekend plans a day short.

On 14 Aug 2024 we check in , day 1 the next day they clean our Rooms only Once n that’s it. Thereafter total 3 days till we check out , room was in a terrible condition even though I’d inform the Receptionist as well as the Chambermaid . Please see attached photo

The place is located close to shops and public transport which is very convenient.

cleaning was a bit patchy as was holiday period , having said that , 6 nights for $3400 was on the high side in my view , again time of year , advice if you wantto stay herë book early

Good location -near main part of King’s Cross and train station. Quite dated and not the cleanest but was fine for a short stay

Located in the heart of Kings Cross, easy access to public transport and a short walk into the city. The deluxe studio is spacious and comes with a kitchenette which is very handy.

Room was nice but some details in the booking isnt there. Great customer service. Weird noise coming from the pipe network.

The room and passageway are infested with cockroaches. We stayed in the basement. I think it was called an executive double. The bed is up against the wall, so you have to climb over the other person to get out. No windows are able to be opened. The room was very stuffy and small. We stay for three nights and no room service- no change of towels/soap. The freezer in the fridge was completely frozen over and the fridge never kept anything cold. You can hear people above walking around and this keeps you awake during the night. On a positive note, I think they did empty our bin.

The hotel was so clean , comfy and so neat .

Hotel was clean, had a full kitchen with stove/pots and pans, extra blankets and pillows, a lounge. In a great area and very friendly staff

Good location with 5 mins walking distance to train station. A lot of good restaurants around there

Check in time was at 2pm but we were told our room wasn’t ready and weren’t able to actually get our room until 3. Once we got to the room it appeared as if it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous people staying there as there were still dirty towels around and things left in the sink/fridge. The hotel wasn’t as if was described when booking or in photos and overall disappointing. The location was the only highlight
