Suites & Residence Hotel

Very bad all service, everything

The hotel was clean and we were well received at check in. However, the location was mixed among small car dealerships and tricky to find. There is a front gate and peering through it I thought the place looked closed. No one answered the call button and we were a bit concerned. We eventually found the entrance past the gated street down some steps. We were early but were given directions to a lovely restaurant that was about a ten minute walk where we had a fabulous lunch. Our room was quirky and sparsely furnished. We had two large bathrooms and three closets but nowhere to sit except on a bed or at a small dining table. There was one small television that had about four channels. My biggest complaint was the WiFi. It worked for about five minutes and then we could never get back on. Fortunately we were only overnighting there. They arranged a taxi for the airport and the driver was on time and delightful. We booked this last minute when a reservation at a different hotel fell through and this is the viewpoint of a typical spoiled American. It was clean and safe, which was our priority.

Prenoto sul sito edreams volo+hotel con PAGAMENTO ANTICIPATO ma pochi giorni prima di partire mi accorgo che non è arrivata conferma dell'hotel, chiamo l'hotel e nessuno risponde. Guardo la zona e noto che a fianco c'è l'American Hotel, 4 stelle, chiamo loro per chiedere informazioni, mi rispondono che "stavano per contattarmi"perchè il Suites è da qualche giorno chiuso per un problema all'aria condizionata(disonesti è chiuso da mesi), decido cmq, visto il periodo di ferragosto e la partenza imminente, di alloggiare allo stesso prezzo all'American Hotel. Mi chiedo come facciano ad assegnare 4 stelle a quell'Hotel PESSIMO, con puzza di fogna ovunque e con personale scocciato per la minima richiesta di informazioni. L'hotel è in una zona industriale, lontana da Napoli centro e soprattutto mal collegata se non avete auto sconsiglio fortemente questo hotel, vi costerà un pacco di soldi in taxi (l'hotel non mette a disposizione nessuna navetta), l'unico bus che passa è il 502 che vi lascia alla stazione Campi Flegrei dove prendere treno per centro. La seconda notte purtroppo un forte temporale ha creato l'atmosfera da "Hotel da incubo", l'acqua sembrava sopra la nostra testa, pioveva nella rampe delle scale, la stessa notte sentiamo rumori assurdi, ci affacciamo e i vigili del fuoco stavano sfondando una porta perchè qualcuno si era sentito male. Sembrava la scena di un film. Pulizia della stanza accettabile ma asciugamani puzzavano. Rubinetti arrugginiti e porte rotte in bagno, sanitari vecchi, e ho alloggiato in quella che loro chiamano suite, VERGOGNOSI! Alla colazione ti aspetti da un 4 stelle pasticceria napoletana, caffè espresso e invece ti trovi crostate dure, qualche mini sfogliatella e caffè da una macchinetta a pulsante. DISONESTI, almeno offrite una navetta che porti alla stazione se dite di avere 4 stelle!
