Nice quiet stay , but great service!

Потрясающе внимательный персонал! Первоклассное обслуживание! Ребята просто молодцы! Мы чувствовали их заботу постоянно, все о чем мы просили исполнялось очень оперативно! Большое вам спасибо за это! Вид из общей лунж зоны просто потрясающий, как с обложки журнала. Было очень приятно завтракать с таким видом. Завтраки кстати тоже очень неплохие, есть скрембл и Бенедикт, выпечка, вкусные лимонады и соки. Были и минусы, а именно: полотенца в номере пахли сыростью, в первом номере плохо работал душ, правда, чтобы исправить это, нас переселили в другой номер, где душ работал лучше. Сама душевая зона во всех номерах нуждается в ремонте. Подъезд к отелю не очень хороший, часть пути приходится ехать по грунтовой дороге. В целом, у нас остались приятные впечатления от пребывания в данном отеле. Это один из немногих хороших вариантов на юге Ломбока!

This place is a true escape. From the moment you arrive, you feel a sense of peace and seclusion. Our villa was beautifully designed, with a split-level layout and a massive floor-to-ceiling window that made you feel like you were living right in the lush landscape. The infinity pool, which seems to melt into the ocean view, is simply stunning. But the real surprise was the food. Every meal was thoughtful and delicious, especially the jackfruit rendang and a surprisingly complex Tofu Scramble for breakfast. The service is attentive and intuitive; they even noticed our dietary preference and swapped out a standard turndown treat for a beautiful platter of fresh fruit without us asking. Somewhere Lombok doesn't shout; it delivers a profound sense of tranquility and quality.

Somewhere Lombok really is a slice of paradise. The hotel has a satisfyingly natural, elegant and modern feel to it, accompanied by top tier staff, from whom anything you ask for is possible. We found every small detail to be taken care of, from the beautifully crafted (and not overwhelming large) breakfast, drinks and dinner menus, to the various seating arrangements both on the veranda and in the room to ensure you’re able to take it the utterly stunning mountain, beach and ocean view multiple times a day. However, the part that stood out the most was the incredible staff at Somewhere, who offered next level convenience including arranging taxis, scooter rental, massages and with instant responses just a WhatsApp message away - easy, simple, personal and effective. With a special shoutout to Emil on the front desk who just might be the friendliest person we’ve encountered and also to the drivers and staff in the restaurant and bar area all of whom delivered top notch service with massive smiles. The pair of us are no longer party animals and we appreciate the feeling of being remote but with the option to tap into a slightly lively town on occasion, Somewhere was exactly what we were looking for. We would also highly recommend the beach that is a 15 minute walk down the hill from the hotel for anyone looking to experience some real quiet time. Thanks a lot Somewhere! My stay at Somewhere Lombok from June 30 to July 3, 2025, was truly unforgettable! I secretly planned a surprise proposal, and the team provided exceptional support in making it perfect. Despite a last-minute venue change, Eva and Martha handled everything with professionalism and care, creating a magical moment for my fiancée and me. The resort’s serene and stunning environment instantly put us at ease—a true haven for relaxation. All staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and communication via WhatsApp was quick and convenient. The shuttle service to town was also a great touch. Highly recommend Somewhere Lombok, and we can’t wait to return!
