Overall good & location near the mall And they have shuttle bus too But the breakfast just so so Thank you

We booked a grand deluxe king room with 2 window but they told us when we check in at 2pm that the room we booked have been downgraded to 1 window room and they didnt tell us before

We stayed 4 nights at the Whiz Luxe Hotel and want to share our thoughts. The location is excellent—central with beautiful views of the city and Mount Arjuna. The hotel has a stylish aesthetic, and the breakfast is very good and with no doubt one of the best gym I ever saw in a hotel. However, there were some serious issues with cleanliness and maintenance, which are surprising for a 5-star hotel. Upon arrival, we found a toilet roll in the pool, and there were food and bodily stains on the wall above the bed, behind the table on the wall and on the bedding. The showerhead was also poorly installed, causing water to splash everywhere. Although these issues were eventually addressed, the response time was slow. The reason we completed our stay is that family and friends live nearby.

The bed is quite firm and not as soft as I would expect. The location is super good tho.

I like the breakfast, the choice are mostly I like, I’ll come back again occasionally the price keep no increase.

Hotel room was ok. The staff speaks limited English but most requests will get communicated through in any case. Buffet was abit lacking in terms of variety but sufficient. Many restaurants around at night if you wish to dine out nearby

The atmosphere of the room is very comfortable, and the hotel's facilities are excellent, providing a complimentary shuttle bus to the shopping center. The service is also very friendly, from check-in to check-out. Please always maintain and continue to improve ... recommended

It has 5 star hardware but 2 star service and design. The restaurant is over priced and no service staff is around. The room is poorly designed. Easily get water splashed around. The entrance is at level 16 and there is no clear sign to show how to get to level 16.
