Exceptional stay at the Fairmont Prague. The welcome was warm, the service outstanding, and the staff consistently attentive to every need. Amenities were excellent and true to the Fairmont standard. Housekeeping was impeccable, and the overall experience left us feeling relaxed and well cared for. A perfect complement to the charm of Prague. If you wish to elevate your Prague vacation experience, the Fairmont is an exceptional choice

New and luxury hotel at the heart of Prague

酒店開業才半年，設施很新，房間智能化。豪華大床房還是寬敞的，但感覺該酒店的Signature大床房應該是最佳體驗。以後有機會再來布拉格體驗下。酒店大廳非常大氣，酒店前可泊車，也有地下停車場。另外，門口有17路有軌電車，二站即達查理大橋。酒店服務很熱情，有問必答。早餐非常豐盛，食品與飲料品種很多，落地窗可觀Garden景。到達當天中午在酒店的Green House品嚐了捷克當地美食，味道不錯，價格親民。頂樓有 Fine Dining, 有Tasting Menu。酒店旁邊就是巴黎街，步行約8分鐘至老城廣場

Без сомнений это лучший отель Праги. До сердца старого города 5 минут ходьбы. Отель открылся в Апреле 2025, все новое. Персонал вежливый.

Hôtel très bien situé pour explorer la vieille ville et se rendre sur les sites d'intérêts à pieds. Très bon rapport qualité prix!

賓館位置優越，去城堡古城都很方便，工作人員服務意識強，四個餐廳🍴餐飲也好吃，配套設施齊全新，唯一想吐糟的就是浴室門封下面漏水，搞得衞生間都是水 很惱火😑

飯店氛圍和地點非常好 就有Fairmond該有的水準 只是房間相對比較小一點 可能因為在歐洲 但早餐的餐廳和bar都非常有水準

非常好非常值得入住 附近就是商業街 接待都非常有禮貌

除了房間小，其它都很好，地理位置也非常好。

فيرمونت اسم غني عن التقييم لكن كتبت هذه الكلمات والتي اخشى ان تكون كلماتي لا تعبر حقيقة عن مابداخلي شكرا بحجم السماء شكرا من القلب لكل العاملين على اخلاقهم الرائعة وابتسامتهم ومنظومة العمل الخيالية بلا شك يقف خلف ذلك المدير العام اخص بالشكر مديرة المكاتب الامامية صوفيا وكذلك مديرة فيرمونت الذهبي Fairmont is a name that deserves no evaluation. But as I wrote these words, I fear they don't truly express what's inside me. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for their wonderful morals, smiles, and amazing work environment. Behind this is undoubtedly the General Manager. I especially thank the Front Office Manager, Sophia, and the Fairmont Golden Manager.

I had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Prague. From the moment I arrived, the experience was smooth and welcoming. Special thanks to the Ukrainian lady at reception who handled my check-in with warmth and arranged a room upgrade that made me really happy. The room was large, techno-friendly, and beautifully furnished—you can feel the luxury in every corner, with all the furniture shining like brand new. The hotel itself has a very prime location; you can easily walk everywhere in the city. Breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options, and the CooCoo Nets spot is a great place to spend time. The staff throughout the hotel are very well trained, and I especially want to thank the Indonesian lady at the all-day dining restaurant for her polite and attentive service.( I’m very bad with names) Overall, this hotel combines luxury, excellent service, and a perfect location. Highly recommended!
