Hotel City - Central recensioner

Receptionist behaviour is not and did not provide any shower jel in the toilet and also no AC in the room along with did not provide Fan So, it was very difficult to sleep with weather temperature 26 degree most worst hotel in my last 4 trips

This was second time staying in this hotel with previously good experience. However the hot weather made it not so satisfactory as the aircon didn’t work.

The rooms here are small and basic but very clean. There is no view, no balcony but a bed to rest in and a bathroom. For a budget break it was perfect. Breakfast was continental style but there were plenty of options fruit, cereal,cakes,salad and hot food. 5 min walk from the subway stop and trams running through. Staff were very helpful and spoke perfect English.

NO fridges, electric kettles, working air-cnditioning, amenities!!! Bad room with a bad view (sloped roof) = VERY LITTLE SPACE IN IT!!! Upon our arrival the receptionist was chatting with some staff ladies ang was completely ignoring incoming and present customers!!!! This hotel simply nevermore!!!

I don’t mind not been in the most fantastic place, as long as I have the basics but when the paint is falling off the walls, massive cracks in the wall and the shower bracket is broken then I have a slight sense of humour failure! The room was warm enough but that was it Wouldn’t come again

This hotel was nice and in a good location staff where friendly and the hotel room was clean. The only bathroom was very small. And the big problem for us was the air conditioning was not working. I spoke to the handy man he said it doesn’t work and he could not fix it. It as 33 degrees outside and not far of that inside. So you can image we didn’t sleep well for three days. Very hot in room the window didn’t open either.

Be careful when chceking-in to the hotel as you will be charge city tax fee again even if you paid it when paying for your booking with *********** Hotel refuses to process refund even if evidence of both payment was provided! Do NOT recommend this hotel at all!

I thought a quick trip so it won't matter. I wanted hotel close by its not too bad but still a walk to the attraction. From outside it looks like it was a cinema or something. Rubbish, broken bottles on the street. The bathroom from the 80's. The room I don't know bacuse I don't live that long. No English tv channels. No kettle. No Aircon. Uncomfortable bed. This city is one of the most expensive I have been to. So if you on a budget simply don't go there. If you really want to go to Prague pay more and get a better hotel.

I have stayed in multiple hotels in Europe and this is the worst hotel experience ever. The reception is extremely insensitive and crass. Rooms were not cleaned for 3 days even after repeated requests. Wifi was next to none. Only available in the lobby, wifi service is not available in rooms and the reception just keeps saying that nothing can be done. It's like u r just stick here with no option. Worst experience ever

The hotel was overall ok for the price. The staff was nice though there was at all no wifi connection, neither in the room nor in the lobby. When I asked the staff they couldn't say anything and only said that they have many people inside so that is why the internet is slow.
