A great hotel the staff were very friendly it’s very near Prague Castle a steep walk up but great views

The hotel was not as listed. They didn’t have the private parking the website said they had and we had to park in a public car park 20 minutes away from the hotel. We then asked about the laundry services listed on their page and they said they didn’t have any, so they sent us 15 minutes away to a laundrette which was closed when we got there. The hotel is ideally located next to Prague castle and lots of nice restaurants and pubs, and is a 10 minute downhill walk from the nearest tram stop.

Beautiful hotel with amazing historical features. Very comfy bed, all absolutely perfect.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff

The location is perfect, it nears the Prague Castle. The staff are nice and patient. The room is very beautiful and has provided everything we needed. Beds and pillows are comfortable and clean. I will definitely want to come back again !!

Nice historical rooms just below the Fortress. Nice junior suite with fireplace and a nice bathroom. All bathroom supplies were available. Rooms were quiet. Parking is available in a parking garage for 200 CK per day if you park yourself and take a 10min walk through the castle back to the hotel. Would stay there again if I want to be in Prague close to Old Town.

Hôtel magnifique, style médiéval, Emplacement à côté du palais de Prague Seul b-mole il est situé sur une colline , faut être sportif et pas trop chargé , L'arret du tram est a 7min a pieds

Eu e o meu marido tivemos COVID, pedi para o hotel que pelo menos me desse um crédito para usar no futuro já que o médico nos proibiu de viajar. Além disso não seria correto viajar e passa COVID para os outros. Entrei em contato diretamente, envie e-mail mas só tive uma resposta padrão via Trip.

驚艷：中世紀的“城堡”改造成的酒店，極具特色，彷彿自己穿越時空成了王子。訂的房間很大，有休息廳，洗澡間也大，卧室適中。 驚訝：沒有空調的，衹有風扇。儘管知道歐洲很多酒店沒有空調但預訂時不知。剛好住的那兩天特別熱，都沒睡好。國情不同，希望攜程對海外的酒店要明確有無空調。

很有格調的酒店，就在城堡邊上步行4min。

很漂亮的酒店，離城堡很近很近，來體驗一下蠻好的，但是去老城不太方便，要走很多路，附近的商店也會比較貴，再選一次的話，我會選老城的酒店。
