Amigo City Centre recensioner

Despite a long walk to city centre, worth the distance. Clean, comfortable and really great reception.

The staff was nice and the room was clean. A bit far from the central, about 25 minutes by public transport

There was wide selection of foods for breakfast, e.g. 4 types of spreads, mushrooms cream soup etc. I didn't miss anything. Room was clean, warm and hot water flowed immediately. As a person that spend almost 100 nights in Prague hotels, mentioning of the fine for late checkout and for smoking, made me feel a little bad.

A beautiful historical building, very warm spacious room.

Good hotel at a excellent price

Destino muy bueno, teníamos una cama doble y nos pusieron dos camas juntas aunque con un topper que no hacía que se notara mucho

Clean rooms with large beds and even though its on a main road it was very quiet. The staff were brilliant and very helpful. The one thing I was disappointed in was the breakfast, yes there is a good selection but they only have scrambled eggs, something that was meant to be bacon, chicken sausages ( just like the uk tinned hotdog sausages), beams with onions in them.

Checked in on the 8th Oct check in from 3pm check out at 11am ok so check in was easy we were on the 4th floor room 402 good size room 2 single beds but put the beds together to make a double beds were comfy pillow was ok I would have liked to have had 2 pillows and the duvet was comfy however would have been nice to have had a blanket there are plug sockets on each side of the bed which made a nice change there is a telly but very limited English channels news and music!!! Bathroom was a good size however the shower itself should of been in the corner and not by the shower screen proper shower screen as well so it didn’t leak which was nice we put the air con on but it leaked and we had to put the bin there to stop the leak going on the carpet I did tell reception but don’t think he really understood a bloke came to the room had a look and then said we will let maintenance know and then heard nothing else there is a little garden area out side terrace which was nice had seats and smoking area we paid for b&b and seriously I haven’t a clue why most of the reviews say great choice etc!!! Personally the food was okish not a great choice lots of seating area for breakfast I asked the waitress where is the milk and she said in broken English it’s coming found her quite rude tbh for the price for 1 night £43 I dealt with the issues wasn’t happy about the air con I did mention it to the receptionist when we checked out and all I got was sorry There is a lovely little restaurant 4 min walk called samefo I would recommend to eat lovely little place and u must try the fried trout the location of the hotel was fine literally 30 min walk to the centre of Prague go out the hotel turn left and just carry str8 on until u get to the museum and then u end up in new Prague old Prague isn’t that far away either would I stay here again no They do have a lift which is handy the breakfast is on -1

The mini suite we got was very large and comfortable. The hotel is a little bit far from the center, reachable anyway easily by walking, public transport or taxi/similar services (very competitive prices) The buffet breakfast is good, despite the room is a little bit tight. A good choice in Prague anyway

We spent 5 days in this hotel. The rooms were clean but I did notice under the bed was not clean. We had to push the 2 single beds together (which was no big deal) as my partner didn’t want to sleep apart. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety to choose from. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The hotel is not far from the city centre, about 10 mins. We loved the Christmas markets and Old Town Prague was absolutely stunning

Lovely prague style hotel. Rooms small but comfortable and very clean! Buffet breakfast both hot and cold selection. Small outside terrace at the back nice to sit in and relax after walking all day. Staff all young and were excellent friendly, helpful. Would recommend and stay again
