Hotel Claris

Siamo stati 3 notti io e il mio compagno ci siamo trovati benissimo la signora lada della reception è una persona carinissima ti da un sacco di consigli e parla anche italiano la posizione è ottima vicino alla metro e un quarto d'ora dal centro piu o meno unica pecca nelle stanze si sente un odore forte di disinfettante e ce la mochet cuscini un po' scomodi il bagno molto grande e comodo con la vasca lo consiglio a tutti e Praga è meravigliosa

歐洲還是傳統的用鑰匙開房間門🫡 如果體力不錯行李不多可以走到火車總站，2點幾公里左右。為了省錢我從火車站走到酒店，酒店又走到火車站🥲 設施：酒店的吹風機讓我穿越了，好像迷你的吸塵器哈哈。房間有兩張床，另一張床在大衣櫃裏就很迷。歐洲的房間燈光都暖暖的很温馨。 衞生：整體算得上乾淨。乾濕分離的浴室。 服務：需要按門鈴才能進，check-in 以後會有大門，二門的鑰匙

This place was wonderful. It had the charm of an old inn or quiet bed and breakfast but was just outside the city center and a short walk to everything. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean and welcoming. The front desk was very helpful and extremely friendly. Parking is a little tricky driving through the corridor but they were very quick to open the gate for me. Larger cars not recommended for parking on site. I would definitely stay here next time.

Staff were very friendly! Spoke excellent English too. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Rooms look outdated on pictures but in real life they weren’t too bad. On the other hand, the entrance to the hotel itself is quite confusing, it’s not shown very well at all. Furthermore there was a shower head but nothing to stand it on, so we had to wash ourselves with the shower head in hand, very weird? Overall a good stay though!

We arrived at the hotel late in the evening, welcomed by the pleasant reception man. Very decent sized rooms. The hotel hot water was more luke warm and had to sleep with window open as the room was quite warm but extremely quiet and a good night sleep. Stayed 3 nights. Lots of restaurants within 1 to 2 mins walk. Tram stop 5 min walk and verycheap travel and you could walk back from the centre. Took us 25 mins from the Old Town (up hill though) We were happy with this hotel and would stay again as it was such good value.

Checked in on 10th June, reception were very friendly and kind. The room was clean and well presented, everything in full working order, comfortable bed and a quiet night's sleep. Would highly recommend for a stop off in Prague.

We stayed here for 3 nights and was allocated this hotel from a package city break we purchased. NEVER. AGAIN. We actually could not believe our luck when we entered the hotel. It felt like we went back in time 50 years. The rooms were small, dark, quite creepy, dated furniture and bedding etc. most staff were friendly, others not so. We didn’t have hot water or heating for most of our stay and we chose to stay out of our room for as long as possible so that we didn’t have to stay there… definitely would not recommend…

I’ve stayed in hotel Claris for three nights in beautiful Barcelona, with service option BB, with my friend. The hotel location is good, in city center, but room for two person was smaller than usual.The bathroom amenities were poor - for istance two shower gel bottles were so small that it coudn’t be used for shower niether one person, and we got two in total, so we need to purcase additional shower gel. The bed was pretty comfortable, though. The breakfast was ok, but with same offer during whole stay (not big choise for fruit and pastry), not really typical for five star hotel. The hotel staff is pleasent but willing to assist only during your stay - if you have any problem - don’t count! For instance - I have forgotten my shirt ( not an ordinary one) but while we exiting the room to do check out, cleaning lady was finishing the room next to ours, and entered our - as soon as we got out. I’ve realised that I’ve forgotten my shirt as soon as I got back home ( the same day) and urgently contacted the hotel .The response I got that day and next ten days was they din’t find nothing. They didn’t want to provide any assistance and didn’t want to consider the option of compensation in any way. So, if you decide to visit this definitely NOT five star hotel, take care about your belongings, if you don’t want to miss them in future. I certainly won’t visit it ever again!

Einfaches und kleines Hotel (24 Zimmer) in einem Innenhof gelegen. Um hineinzugelangen muss man von draußen klingeln, das funktioniert aber 24 Stunden problemlos. Das Personal war mir gegenüber immer freundlich. Check-in und Check-out verliefen schnell und ohne Probleme. An der Rezeption kommt man sehr gut mit Englisch klar. Das Zimmer ist soweit geräumig, jedoch recht "altmodisch" eingerichtet. Die Möbel sind aber Funktional und in Ordnung. TV (nicht benutzt) sehr klein. Zudem gibt es einen kleinen Kühlschrank Zimmer. Auf dem ersten Blick wirkte das Zimmer sauber aber es befanden sich noch Haare vom (Vor-)Vorgänger im Badezimmer. Geputzt wurde nicht wirklich richtig, Handtücher wurden auch nicht gewechselt. Das Hotel bietet Frühstück an, ich hatte ohne Frühstück gebucht und das Frühstück vor Ort hinzugebaucht (8 Euro pro Person). Das Frühstück ist recht einfach, es gibt ein paar wenige Brotwaren/Brötchen, ein wenig Marmelade, Saft, Wasser, Milch, Wurst, Käse und etwas Tomaten/Paprika. Es steht auch etwas Rührei und warme Wurst bereit (war aber kalt). Enttäuschend war für mich eher die Kaffeemaschine, diese ständig Aussetzer hatte und lange dauert, wenn es funktionierte war der Kaffee aber recht gut. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es aber auch zahlreichend Alternativen um außerhalb zu frühstücken. In der Näheren Umgebung findet man einen Supermarkt und zahlreiche Bars/Restaurant sowie die Metro-Station Namesti Miru (Von dort gelangt man mit Metro&Bus in ca. 45-60 Minuten zum Flughafen oder in die Altstadt). Zu Fuß in die Altstadt ca. 30 Minuten. Da das Hotel im Innenhof ist gibt es 4 Stühle wo man sich auch Abends oder tagsüber hinsetzen kann, hier wäre es schön wenn im Innenhof mehr Sitzplätze zur Verfügung ständen. Preis-Leistung in Ordnung (auch wenn es sehr einfach und nichts besonderes ist), zuviel erwarten darf man aber nicht. Ich würde grundsätzlich nochmal kommen.
