這是一家非常温馨的酒店，客房裡麪的衞生間乾濕分離，整體乾淨整潔！樓下有小超市和一家小酒吧，非常便捷。客房提供免費的咖啡和茶，有熱水壺和電風吹，免費停車，性價比很高。前台服務人員非常熱情禮貌！入住當天酒店車位已滿，小車需停在衹有2分鐘路程的另外一個停車場。因為本人腳踝關節疼痛，行動不便！前台一位非常年輕的帥哥服務生知曉後，特地在酒店門口就近安排一個車位，真的非常感動！這是一家非常讓人期待再次入住的酒店，感謝酒店工作人員的熱情服務！

Obsługa hotelowa była bardzo miła i pomocna, śniadanie było dobre i dość różnorodne, fajnie że hotel daje praguepass na którym są różne zniżki. W hotelu jest również market w którym można kupić wszystko co potrzebne i bar w którym niestety ceny są totalnie za wysokie( wyższe niż w drogich barach w centrum Pragi) Jeżeli chodzi o lokalizację, to mieliśmy 10 minut do stacji metra więc całkiem dobrze.

The staff in this hotel were lovely and they even helped me learn a few words in Czech! It's in a great location too - just 10 minutes from the nearest bus stop. The room was clean and cosy, and I loved the decor! Breakfast was a proper spread, and included options for people who need gluten- and lactose-free products. They have lots of lovely, little touches too. Like screening the Ice Hockey World Championships on a projector in the evening, and providing you with vouchers for attractions. Thanks for a lovely stay :)

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with Hotel Uno. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Check-in was smooth and quick, and we were pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable our room was — modern decor, comfy beds, and everything spotless. The location is great — easy to get into the heart of Prague using public transport, but far enough out to be peaceful and quiet at night. We especially loved the breakfast each morning, which had a good variety and was always fresh and well-stocked. A big thank you to the team at Hotel Uno for making our trip so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Prague! – Scott & Steph

Our stay was great. The staff was cordial and helpful to adress any doubt or request. The route to the most visit sights was pleasant in a quite neighborhood and safe venue it is just a few blocks from the metro station. Also, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast! We would definitely come back !

It is not in city center, but very good connection, close to the metro. Clean and quiet hotel. Fair price. Very friendly staff. It was excellent experience. Me and my husband really enjoyed staying there. And in general Prague is beautiful place to visit

Hotel Uno – Great Staff and a Well-Handled Room Issue We recently stayed at Hotel Uno and had a mostly enjoyable experience. We had originally booked a city view room, but on arrival, were given a different room type. Naturally, this was a bit disappointing. However, the staff were incredibly helpful and did everything they could to resolve the issue. For our final night, we were moved to the correct city view room, and as a kind gesture, they provided complimentary fruit and a bottle of wine. The hotel itself is in a great location, clean, modern, and well-equipped. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how they’re dealt with that matters—and in this case, the staff handled it professionally and made sure we left happy. Would stay again!

The hotel is located near the bus stop and the subway. Nearby is the Gutovka children's park which is ideal for all ages. The rooms are ideal for couples or families with small child. Everyone at the hotel is willing to help. Breakfast is sufficient. You can choose sweets (croissants, cakes, porridge), hams,several types of cheese, scramble and boiled eggs, sausages, fruits, vegetables, pâtés and much more.
