I give 5 to every hotel I boot though Trip

Walking distance from lots of places of interest. If you are too lazy to walk too much. Transportation can be found nearby. Near Wenceslas Square where you can find lots of foods there. The room was decent. Big enough for at least 2 people with large baggages. They allow us to put our bags in the baggage room when we were there before check in. They do provide breakfast and brunch. Brunch was normal so I only tried one day but the breakfast was amazing. It is not just delicious but with a lot of varieties. Staffs were ok..it will be good if they can smile.more.

Everything was good especially receiptionist guy name Victor who has assisted us on our special need. Thumbs up!

The hotel is good, clean and in a quite central location. The breakfast despite not offering many options, it was still of good quality. The staff there can use some education about smiling at the guests and responding to greetings.

The location of the hotel is great! However the room is rather small and our air control wasn’t working correctly in the room. But the bathroom is large and spacious

乾淨整齊，地理位置也很方便，附近有地鐵跟路面電車站。有附早餐還不錯，可以吃飽再出門跑行程，種類還算豐富，每天的餐點有一點不同，晚起床也還有早午餐可以吃

観光地に近く、スタッフの方々も親切で、ホテル全体がきれいでした。また、朝食も温かいものが種類も多く用意されていて満足です。 自分の部屋に向かう廊下が人感センサーで、センサーの場所のせいか、しばらく真っ暗なところを進まなければならないのが少し苦手でした。

Очень хороший отель, рад что здесь остановился. Расположение отличное, очень удобно добираться из аэропорта - до станции метро Музеум 5 мин пешком. В номере идеальная чистота, уборка каждый день, даже не к чему придраться. По завтраку, все стандартно, без изысков, но выбор большой.  В целом, рекомендую данный отель, и если будет возможность, остановлюсь здесь еще раз.

Personale gentile, hanno soddisfatto richieste che abbiamo fatto la seconda notte. Colazione discreta ma abbondante. Ottima pulizia. Buona Posizione, a 10 min a piedi dalla metro
