Inconvenient refund and change policy, unreachable front desk, I don't know where such high ratings came from, the situation is terrible, not recommended at all

The hotel is located in a good location. Nice, cozy and clean. All I needed.

The rooms were dated.. our was next to the lift.. the exit door and room doors do need stoppers they just kept banging loudly. Not a comfortable sleep

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. I thought I was booking a 4 star hotel but I would not even rate it as a 3 star hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, the hotel is old and not well looked after at all and in need of renovations, although it says in your website that it has been recently renovated. The furniture is old and the bathroom was very tiny. I believe that your listing of 4 star is utterly deceiving and I will consider not doing any further bookings via Trip. All in all I would not even give them 1 star.

房間很緊湊，但是很乾凈，距離老城廣場步行約七八分鐘，位置極棒，服務員態度極好，有歡迎酒水，離店時，前台美女Anna主動給了兩瓶水，下次去布拉格了還住這裏

朝ごはんも美味しくて、立地もよく、とてもいいホテルでした。外の騒音は少し気になりますが、よく寝れました。

Muy bonito y coqueto. La habitación es pequeña pero limpia. Muy céntrico Buen desayuno.

天氣熱時別住，房間小沒空調，有個打開和拖拉機一樣響的風扇，還遇上半夜火警誤報，除了早餐其他真的一般。
