Mottl House by Adrez

The location was simply amazing probably the best part of my stay. However, I can’t say the same about the customer service. It was really hard to reach someone if you needed help. They don’t reply to emails, and trying to contact them through WhatsApp is a slow and frustrating process. Unfortunately, I can’t say the room was clean. The table and coffee table were not wiped and had stains on them. The hotel uses a digital code system for entry, which is fine, but there is no way to lock the door from the inside. This made me feel unsafe, as the housekeeping staff could easily open the door at any time. I chose this hotel mainly for its location, and in that sense, it met my expectations. But overall, it didn’t live up to what I was hoping for in other areas.

I really liked this hotel. It’s very close to the attractions and convenient to go anywhere. There are plenty of food options nearby as well. I would definitely stay here again next time!

The location is excellent; however, I wouldn't stay here again. There is no luggage storage. I had to pay for luggage storage at an area that was about an 8-minute walk away. It's not a long distance, but it is when I have to drag my luggage on the cobblestone streets. It was not fun at all. Once I got past the entrance, I had to carry my luggage up some stairs to get to the elevator. The wifi didn't work for the first 3 days I was there. The technician was trying hard to fix it, but he just couldn't. The AC in the bedroom was working, but it wasn't cold enough to sleep comfortably. It's still much better than having no AC at all elsewhere. I left a day earlier and moved to a nearby hotel. I couldn't stand the thought of dragging my luggage back to the storage at the checkout time at 10 am. I saw many people struggling to get into the building. For a solo traveler, I wouldn't want to stay in a place like this ever again. I should have read the previews more carefully because they mentioned all the problems I had.

What a fabulous apartment couldn’t have wished for better, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!! 10/10
