酒店不算新，但房間沒有異味，整體設施及乾淨程度令人滿意！另外，如果你也跟我一樣：一大清早就要搭巴士到 Karlovy vary，然後即晚回到布拉格，非常建議入住此酒店，因為巴士總站的入口就在此酒店對面，實在是非常方便！

The place was always clean and the staff very accomodating. The mini fridge is a plus, while our triple room had everything we needed, including two coffee tables. The location of the hotel is great with a metro station, tram stop and bus station very close. There is a Billa supermarket round the corner as well. One warning about rate of conversion: you'll pay in Czech króna on the day of arrival, so no matter what you settle for on the day you book, you might be charged more depending on the conversion rate the hotel sticks with during the month of your visit. For pushchair users/people with mobility issues - the building has a lift, however there are three steps at the reception entrance. Take some coffee/tea with you because despite booking a triple room, every day throughout our stay (5 nights), we were only provided with 2 teabags or 2 coffees and 2 mugs... no matter how many times we drew their attention to the fact that we were three guests.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Big, modern & clean room with all the amenities you require. Kettle, TV, hairdryer, fridge. Lovely bathroom with great shower. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Cleaner came in every day. Breakfast was lovely, plenty to choose from. The hotel is situated in a great area, not too close to town but not too far. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The property might look small but the room was very spacious and cozy. Friendly staff. 15’ walk to the Old Town. Near Florenc metro station. If you come to Prague and get off train at Praha hl.n, you can take Metro line C bound for Letnany. Only one stop get off at Florenc. Only 3 min walk to the hotel. Will stay here again.

Grazioso hotel pulito e con stanze sufficientemente ampie e calde (fin troppo direi) Unica cosa che lascia in po a desiderare è la colazione un po minimale Es: (manca latte senza lattosio ormai d'obbligo ai nostri tempi) Chiesto nutellini e marmellatine terminate nell'esposizione, la risposta: Non ne abbiamo! Per il resto ok

No tiene acceso independiente o sistema de entrada si el personal no está de guardia en la entrada. Una noche, cuando quisimos entrar a las 23h, estuvimos esperando 15 minutos en la calle hasta que un amigo que estaba en la habitación bajó a abrirnos. No podíamos acceder al hotel. Las puertas estaban cerradas. Llamamos al telefonillo y por teléfono, sin respuesta. Solo podíamos ver que en la recepción no había nadie y había un cartel que ponía “vuelvo en 5 minutos”. Claramente fue más. Cuando entramos, al rato vino la persona de guardia y sin disculparse, ante nuestra queja, nos dijo que si esperábamos que una persona estuviera toda la noche ahí sentada. Fue maleducado e invalidó nuestra situación. Tuvo una actitud arrogante. Lo que esperamos es que en un hotel de 3 estrellas el personal no tenga esta respuesta y actitud y que el hotel tenga un sistema de acceso que no sea que una persona nos abra la puerta. No es normal y nunca antes habíamos visto algo así

Hotel prenotato last minute per recuperare una preno cancellata, x cui non era rimasto molto vicino al centro città che fosse alla ns portata….in agosto. Mi associo pero’ alle recensioni positive! A 15’ dalla Piazza dell’orologio, a 5’ da tanti ristoranti e locali. Ora….entrando nella via dell’htl non sembra proprio bellissimo…davanti c’e una fermata di autobus e tantissimi taxi…ma anche tante auto della polizia x’ l’htl e’ davanti a un comando di polizia locale. La sera e’ sempre molto tranquillo infatti😅 Tornando all’htl…piccolino, molto pulito, le foto sono veritiere. Alla reception abbiamo trovato ragazze giovanissime molto gentili, parlavano un perfetto inglese (o francese) e sempre disponibili. La camera era sempre pulita e rifatta molto bene, arredamento nuovo. Il bagno piccolo, ma comunque pulito e rinnovato da poco. La colazione a buffet davvero ottima: frutta fresca già affettata, crostate,brownies,mini pancake,crêpes e composte di frutta, oltre al salato abbondante con qualcosa di diverso ogni giorno. Lo consiglio, ci tornerei, e’ stata una nota molto positiva di questo viaggio.

L'albergo è molto bello, ottima colazione, stanza e bagno abbastanza grande, pulizia migliorabile, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Sarebbe stata un'ottima scelta se non fosse stato per il disturbo arrecato da alcuni ospiti (ragazzi) che per 4 notti su 4 passate in questo hotel, avevano l'abitudine di gridare, correre, sbattere le porte nel corridoio e dinanzi la nostra porta, dalle 4 di notte fino alle 7 di mattina, per andare da una stanza all'altra, poi si poteva dormire. Naturalmente abbiamo interpellato la hall, il responsabile è anche intervenuto, non ottenendo nulla. Capisco che non sia colpa loro, ma magari quando un gruppo (di ragazzi) soggiorna in diverse camere sarebbe meglio metterli tutti insieme sullo stesso piano e mettere gli altri ospiti in altri piani visto che le camere erano 5 per piano e i piani se non ricordo male 5. Del resto è loro lavoro capire che tipo di ospiti si hanno. E comunque considerando che non abbiamo dormito quasi mai, oltre alle scuse sarebbe stato gradito uno sconto o un servizio extra. Peccato perchè se dovessi tornare a Praga non ci tornerei

Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel a metà giugno. L'hotel è in una posizione ottima, vicino alla metro e non lontano dalla piazza principale a piedi. Le stanza é abbastanza grande e luminosa con un letto comodo, mobili abbastanza nuovi e il bagno un pò piccolo. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia è da migliorare: tende in stanza come da foto tutte macchiate e piene di polvere, bagno con macchie e cosa più importante scaldasalviette (su cui vengono messi gli asciugamani puliti) completamente rovinato e sporco. La colazione è prettamente salata, manca quasi del tutto la parte dolce e alla richiesta di cioccolato spalmabile (tipo nutella) hanno risposto di non averne. La qualità comunque, specialmente della parte salata, era abbastanza buona. Infine alcune norme igieniche sono un pò carenti poichè ho visto personalmente l'addetta colazione prendere i cornetti con le mani senza pinza o guanti e metterli insieme alle torte rimaste( cornetti e torte ritrovati nella medesima posizione la mattina seguente quindi secchi e del giorno precedente). Dato il costo non credo sia un buon rapporto qualità prezzo, vi consiglio di sceglierlo solo con una buona promo o se avete l'esigenza di essere vicini alla metro.
