Hotel U Jezulatka

This review is about the waterside cafe associated with the hotel….not the hotel itself. It is a horrible tourist trap. It has a lovely view and the food is fine. However, they charged $8 for water. When the bill came, they automatically added a 15% service charge without any other options. Then they added an additional 4% which they insisted our bank will charge us. We told them our bank does not charge service fees, nor does our credit card charge foreign transaction fees. It left a very bad taste in our mouths. Eat there at your own risk.

Were 25 degrees outside and the A / C was not working, and the heater on automatically, very hot inside the room, impossible to stay or sleep! No staff to resolve problems. It is rather a guest house with no one to attend. Lack of maintenance in the rooms. Bathroom extractor not working. Very expensive for what it is.

La primera noche vimos humedades en el techo de las escaleras y una gran mancha de humedad en el baño que afeaba mucho la habitación pero no le dimos importancia. En la segunda noche cuando llegamos al hotel había un cortocircuito debido a una avería de agua del piso superior. Estaba cayendo muchísima agua por el techo del baño y no había luz en la habitación. Como no hay recepcionista a partir de la tarde-noche. Empezamos a llamar al teléfono de urgencia, el cual nunca cogieron. Nos parece impresentable que no cojan un teléfono de "urgencia". Así que PASAMOS LA NOCHE A OSCURAS, SIN PODER USAR EL BAÑO Y CON PELIGRO DE ELECTROCUCIÓN O RESBALAR EN EL SUELO. A la mañana siguiente nos quejamos en recepción y la recepcionista nos dijo que esa habitación ya había dado problemas. Absoluta irresponsabilidad. Durante el día arreglaron la avería y cuando volvimos al hotel ya teníamos luz y no caía agua, pero al techo le faltaba una placa de escayola que dejaba ver todos los cables y tuberías, el baño y el suelo de la habitación estaban muy sucios y mojados y habían apoyado sus herramientas sobre nuestra ropa limpia que estaba encima de un banco y habían manchado uno de los prendas de mi pareja. Además, el CUARTO DEL DESAYUNO ES TAN PEQUEÑO que solo pueden desayunar tres habitaciones a la vez y el DESAYUNO ES TAN TARDE que te obliga a estar esperando a que terminen el resto para entrar tú y SALES MUY TARDE DEL HOTEL POR LA MAÑANA. En los pasillos estaban totalmente llenos de cunas, camas plegables, y otras cosas lo que impedía el acceso a los extintores, UN AUTÉNTICO PROBLEMA EN CASO DE INCENDIO, sobre todo si añadimos que EL TELEFÓNO DE URGENCIAS NO LO ATIENDEN NUNCA. Se comprometieron a compensarnos, ni siquiera con una noche de estancia, sino con 50 €uros. QUE TAMPOCO NUNCA HAN ENVIADO. Absoluta poca vergüenza y mentira. AUTÉNTICO HOTEL DE LOS HORRORES.
