Coconut Pointe Villa & Beach Resort

Enjoyable escape I returned to this place because I enjoyed staying during the first visit three years ago. I will always return given the opportunity.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I will be returning. I had an amazing peaceful stay at the villa. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. Everyone went over and beyond making me feel welcome and served. The property is beautiful and serene. Perfect place for groups or solo trips.

This is the 3rd time I’ve had arrogance, bad service and disrespect from the staff at this hotel. I patronize the place since I live closer. I normally deal with the kitchen staff Enock. Most of the time the food was bland, taste horrible or cold and he blames it on the delivery guy but still tips him and advise him to make it better. Today in question, I ordered pizza and kitchen. I decided to talk to the delivery guy myself not to bring cold food since he always get the blame. Enock asked me to let the delivery come in 10mins which I declined then he said 20mins. The delivery guy got there in 25mins and he told me Enock said he has not even started. I called Enock to ask for explanation and he hung up on me. No food and delivery guy wanted me to pay him for time wasting. I have previously complained about the poor service at this place to the manager and nothing was done. I even complained today and no remedy offered.Even at the premises, the staff will be on their phone than attending to you and when you complain, they never apologize just a smirk on their face or you will be ignored. I am so done! Stay away from this place if you want quality, good service and tasty food.

Nicely, idyllically located at the Gulf of Guinee, with a cool breeze blowing and a nice, big, well maintained swimming pool. Sea Defence works have taken away the beach and are not yet completed, hence very noisy during working hours. Staff is friendly but rather indolent and a bit slow.
