Maggie in the reception is really helpful and friendly. She can give you advice and help with reservations. Edwina, our cleaner, is sweet and efficient, and she will gladly answer all your curious questions - she answered all mine. The room we stayed in was nice and spacious, except for the bed, but we are not honeymooners anymore, so everytime one turned, the other one woke up. You have a great view of the beach from the balcony and you are in walking distance from most of the best restaurants on the island. Transportwise you have the busstop right there but also parking space should you rent a car - which I highly recommend.

Really well functioning guest house. Super practical with the kitchen, fridge, freezer etc. We had a room with a good size balcony overlooking the beach and the sea, and it was wonderful and shady all day. Staff is really nice, although we were a bit overwhelmed when they came in and actually cooked the breakfast we had ordered 😉 It is very easy to rent a car - just ask in the reception. On a few occasions there was no hot water, uncertain why - We went on a boat tour as recommended by the hotel, but we could not go everywhere promised due to the season, and they should have told us that beforehand, as they never go snorkeling at Île St Pierre at this time of year. Hotel should have let us know beforehand! Thus, 4 instead of 5 TripAdvisor stars for withholding that information!

This place don’t look much from pictures and when outside but it’s a true hidden gem. The rooms/ apartments are very functional, smart and pretty. You have your own little kitchen, seating area, bedroom and bath organised in a clever way. WiFi is good and service from staff impeccable. They beach near by Anse Volbert are nice for swimming but take caution of the stingrays. They are frequently visiting this beach so watch out and wear beach shoes. Breakfast served were excellent and laundry service worked fast and well. You’ll find some really nice restaurants in walking distance, convenient if you don’t have your own car. There also a bus stop right in front if you want to go to Anse Lazio. I can highly recommend this place if heading for Praslin.

We had a lovely 4 night stay here in April 2023. The staff were all lovely, including the receptionist, the lady who cooked us breakfast and the evening security guard. Our sea view apartment had a beautiful balcony with good quality furniture. Inside, we loved the bedroom area set on a different level to the rest of the apartment - the four poster bed was lovely. The kitchen is really well equipped and it was great to get some water and welcome drinks on arrival. The only thing that could do with improvement is the shower - we struggled to switch between the handheld and the overhead main shower - but as we were only staying for 4 days we didn’t feel the need to rectify this while we were there. The rest of the bathroom is a lovely design, with double sinks. We didn’t have breakfast included every day, but paid for it at €15pp one day. A lovely lady came in and presented us with fruit, pastries and cooked us eggs. It was nice and relaxed to have breakfast cooked right in our room! The location in Côte D’Or was great with a small supermarket nearby and fabulous beach views. It’s around a 10 minute walk to a slightly livelier area with good restaurants/bars such as Cafe Des Arts, St Pierre and Les Lauriers. There’s also a good takeaway a few minutes walk away called Ma’s Takeaway where we could grab some food and bring it back to eat on the balcony. They also provide branded beach towels which were unexpected and a great perk. Umbrellas are provided too in case of a downpour! Another good extra facility were the outdoor mini showers so you could shower off your feet of sand before going back to the apartment. There is also a free safe. Housekeeping was excellent and they would make an array of towel animals to decorate the bedroom with each day! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here 100%! A really nice small and friendly guesthouse in Praslin.

Spacious apartments, furnished with local wood and maritime theme with wonderful views over the beach! Friendly family own guesthouse run by multi lingual owners and personnel. Walking distance to shopping, kitchenettes in the rooms!

All you need to do is cross the road to be in the sand or swim. Very nice views from top balconies and a nice garden view if your at ground floor. Friendly owner, very helpful. Clean and well designed apartments. Only drawback are the sand flies at anse volbert that leave nasty bites.
