Wonderful quiet Villa A wonderful set of villas in a quiet part of Praslin. The staff was attentive, friendly and helpful (excellent service). The only thing that was not excellent was the amount of seaweed on beach and in water. Swimming is best done at other beaches that require taxi, bus or rental car.

This a very nice beach front property. The units are modern and spacious. Staff are very helpful. There are at least 2 good restaurants within 5 minutes walk of the property. The beach is wonderful and early morning and evening walks are a must. Property location is on the quieter side of the island but that suited us.

Building quite new and well equipped Staff is always at your disposal for everything and suggestions for places to visit and restaurante. I highly recommend it. Useful position to visit the Island. Stores are in the surroundings.

Therese Morel is the proprietress of this lovely guest house, which includes the Tropic Villa Annex. We booked 3 rooms, 3 on the ocean side (Le Tropique Villa) and 2 across the street at Tropic Villa Annex. All the rooms were lovely and the kitchens were well stocked for cooking. Therese was very responsive, helped us book great tours, and cabs around Praslin, and a day trip to Le Digue.

We chose this hotel partly for the excellent reviews, partly the price, partly that we didnt want or need a big resort, but also for it being near a choice of restaurants. It was actually "on the beach" too and I had several dips to cool off. The apartment had a bathroom kitchen and a good sized bedroom, safe, kettle, wifi, tv etc. The owner Therese met us and helped with booking access to a private beach, and was very helpful and friendly throughout. Perfect for us.

Great location with its own little beach and within walking distance to multiple fantastic restaurants. The rooms were immaculate and clean with great facilities and a well equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfy. The seaview rooms are great and the view is stunning! Terese is extremely friendly, provides a great service and has great local knowledge being Seychelloise. We felt nothing was too much hassle to ask. We really enjoyed our time here and are hoping to return next year!

Ok, let's get the run rate stuff out of the way. the room is great, the bathroom is wonderful, fabulous little kitchenette, all of the actual room stuff is fantastic. THE BED!!! Oh my, the bed. It was like sleeping on a cloud. I didn't want to get off. I loved sitting on the balcony, the deck is also a lovely place for a sundowner and walking straight out onto the beach and watching the sunset with a beer in hand is my idea of paradise. This place is magical, it made me reset my head and fall in love with living again. I will be going back. It's one of my happiest places.
