Where do we start with this amazing b and b? Our second stay and it’s 10/10. You’re met by San and Wade who run the friendliest b and b! They are absolutely delightful. The rooms are a great size with the most comfortable bed, it’s like home from home. The breakfast is “simply the best” There’s such a choice and everything is so fresh. Tried the porridge this time and it was so tasty. An added bonus of a lounge to sit and relax. Sam and Wade are very attentive and on hand for local tips if needed. The Black Bull (pub) next door is a must with an extensive menu, Advance warning, huge portions! Thank again for a lovely stay. We will be back.

Saracens House B&B is a real gem! The accommodation is spotless and very comfortable. Sam and Wade are wonderful hosts who clearly love what they do. The breakfast is amazing! If you’re looking for somewhere in the Wyre district, this is the place to stay.

We would highly recommend this lovely B&B, with its very friendly welcoming hosts, nothing was a trouble for them. Lovely clean rooms with everything that you need, kettle, complimentary tea and coffee and also a thoughtful treat of a bottle of beer and a wine left in the room. The B&B throughout was spotless and well designed. Breakfast was excellent, lots to choose from. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Stayed one night at this delightfull B& B,it doesn't look much from the outside but insude it's very tastefully appointed,the room was spotless with en suite containi g a large shower,tea,coffee facilities were there even a small caraffe of red wine and tv with Netflix.We pre ordered breakfast for 9am and it was first class with anything you required,the hosts were lovely and accomaating,would definitely stay there again.

From the moment we arrived we knew that this was somewhere special. The warmth of our welcome was fulsome and genuine. We were shown to our very well presented,spacious and comfortable room, which had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts and the friendliness of the service was a real pleasure. We enjoyed a superb breakfasts during our stay and again the service was delightful. I cannot praise our hosts more highly and it will be a great pleasure to return.

What a fabulous time we have had this past weekend. Hosts Sam & Wade were so welcoming and could not do enough for us. They gave us advice on some walks and places to eat. The room itself was warm and comfortable with special little touches like a mini bottle of wine on arrival. The breakfast was amazing! We certainly needed the walks after! Talk about choice! We were thoroughly spoilt. Thank you very much, We will see you soon.

I booked this B&B partly because of the positive reviews, but also to avoid dubious hotels in the greater Blackpool area. We were visiting family, so it was just the one overnight stay. From the initial reservation being made, communication was excellent. Our King room with en-suite was quiet and comfortable with an array of thoughtful touches which only an owner-run establishment will go to the trouble to think of. We had a great night's sleep and an amazing cooked breakfast (a menu choice selected by guests the night before) as well as a huge selection of additional breakfast items. The standout of our visit though was our wonderful and engaging hosts Sam and Wade. We are old enough to have experienced some highs and lows on our travels (a particular B&B in East Ham London comes to mind, that was a bigger horror show than anything Stephen King could conjure up), but this visit was an absolute pleasure and I look forward to coming back some time soon.

Beautifully appointed luxury accommodation and I had the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time. Breakfast was spot on. Quality ingredients and plenty to choose from. Saracens owners Sam and Wade are a couple of life’s “good uns” and were outstanding hosts throughout our stay. Would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to visit their beautiful establishment. You won’t be disappointed. I would advise advance booking the Black Bull pub/restaurant next door for dinner as It gets very busy. Great quality food with enormous portions.

Lovely, welcoming b&b. Room very comfortable, with extra touches of a bottle of wine. Plus a fridge. Breakfast was outstanding - fresh fruit, cereal, full English - whatever you require is available. Definitely recommend.
