Prescott has been one of our favorite cities in Arizona for years. We own a place in the woods but wanted to get a little bit closer to downtown. Our Whipple vacay is exactly what we wanted! About a mile from downtown shopping, restaurants and the courthouse square. Walking distance from coffee & pie (who doesn't LOVE pie?), the rodeo, grocery stores and restaurants. Trails for biking and hiking. Lakes for fishing, paddle boarding or kayaking. The home has space to be outside in the front at the firepit and plenty of parking. One of the perks is every Saturday there is a farmers market right across the street! We love to support local and we hope you will too. Welcome to our space-we can't wait to host you! *A studio apartment is on site that has a separate entrance/access. It may be occupied at times by a permanent resident however there will be no need for interaction.
