Great staff and location in Prescott. The rooms were clean and spacious. Appreciate Amy at the front desk as she was so helpful with planning our evening and hike trip. Recommend El Gato Azul and Farm Table for food. Enjoyed our time in Prescott.

The ladies here at Spring Hill Suites are the best! Never have I had the service like I have while staying here. Friendly and so accommodating. Barbie assisted me with a business hiccup, and she saved the day! Super Clean and the breakfast/coffee so good! Highly recommend this establishment!

The hotel is within walking distance to the touristy part of downtown. Room was very clean, and everything worked. Parking is nothing special - no hi-rise garage, no valet, but they still charge an extra $7.00 per day to park at their hotel. Breakfast is pretty dismal, especially when one considers the price paid. Extremely poor selection, especially the hot food. And the hot food wasn't even hot. Or warm for that matter. We have stayed at cheaper hotels that had much better breakfasts. Also, there were not enough tables in the eating area to accommodate everyone, so good chance you will have to take your food to your room, or eat in the adjacent business area. I would only recommend this hotel to someone who is not interested in eating breakfast there.

This has to be. The best hotel ever! The mini suite was a welcome touch along with the huge, very comfortable bed. The staff were the cheeriest, most polite people I've ever come across in the industry and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I'm not a fan of the sludgy green-and-black patterned carpet, and some of the room appointments were a little the worse for wear, but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay because the staff was outstanding. Everyone from the helpful and knowledgeable desk clerks to the cleaning staff were cheerful and gracious hosts. I had a beautiful view of the sunset over the mountains, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Great breakfast with good coffee, too. I can highly recommend SPRINGHILL SUITES BY MARRIOTT in Prescott, AZ.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and an excellent downtown location make this my top pick in Prescott. Plenty of restaurants within a short walk. It's right also next door to a Sprouts grocery store too. It's also across the street from Two Mamas Gourmet Pizzeria, which also offers delivery to your room and has also always been a solid choice. I've probably stayed at least ten times at this hotel, and never had any problems.

Enjoyed our stay for one night. We did walk to a close Irish restaurant at night. I did not go to Whiskey Row, but my son did and said it was a nice walk, about 10 minutes. It is near the Courthouse Square and parking was not plentiful on a Friday night. Some of the bars are old time saloons. There was a charge of $7 for the hotel parking, but it was clearly marked on the bill at check out and we had a plackard for the car. Not actually in the downtown, but close. A short drive to a ******. Room was clean and breakfast good.
