My husband and I with our fur baby checked in for one night on March 13th, 2023. Just last Monday. On the receipt the gave us, $141.70 was charged on my husband's card, including pet charge of $15.00. But when my husband checked his account, Quality Inn in Prescott charged him $175.00. He called this hotel and they told him that it's my husband bank who charged him that much. Really? My husband called his bank to clarify the issue and told him that it's the hotel people that punched the number in to charged the bank. My husband called the hotel again, the person who answered just hung up on him. I tried to call three times, they never answered. How can this hotel get a good review when they are doing stuff like this. There was hardly even breakfast served. No eggs, no bacon, or sausage, just pure carb. Waffles, which I am not a fan of, quaker oat and muffins. Being at the breakfast room early, I thought I could get better food, but NO! There was yogurt, but that's it! The apple was not fresh and with few pieces left, I have no choice but to picked the one that had no taste. Another thing, the room the gave us was not clean. I had to go to the front desk to ask for a box of tissue paper. My husband had to pick a few dried unknown crumbs on the carpet floor because he thought our dog might eat them. I can say that we paid more in this hotel for less service.
