We were invited to my friend's wedding at ox bow country estate. What a great experience we had, from our arrival to departure the next day. Beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, excellent service. What a beautiful tranquil place this place is. Definitely a venue to remember... Well done to all involved in running the estate, a job well done. Definitely would recommend oxbow country estate for any function you looking at ... Bravo ... Bevan Beckmann

Due to its location, and the gate to through which GPS directed, my driver and I, led to an unfortunate racial attack by the property security personnel. Leading to us being held by force, waiting for some manager, who never arrived. I am glad we made it out unhurt, except for emotional scars from the verbal abuse we got. The property itself, and the staff therein, are friendly. However, the overall experience became poor, and one left feeling traumatized by how the use of drop-off gate was handled, and the foul language used by the security staff. Cleanliness of the rooms and property is good given that they are on a dusty road. Quality of towels, however, and their brown colour is a turn-off for me. Limited food choices, but this should not be generalised.

Great venue, beautiful landscape with animals, so tranquil. Well organised, beautiful hall and decor. Service was great and waitrons were very friendly and helpful.

I had an amazing stay at Oxbow Country Estate. Tucked away in the peaceful countryside, it’s the perfect escape from city life. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. Waking up to stunning views of nature was a real highlight. This guesthouse is a true hidden gem. Highly recommended!

Bathrooms not on par with price of rooms. Could have loved to have slippers and robes included at that price point

A planned summer wedding and caught in a cold snap. Amazing how the personnel responded to this. Great manager on site and great team. Great rooms with everything you need. Everyone very helpful and professional. They were extremely flexible and made sure that everyone had a great time. Beautiful venue. Very good food. Excellent service. thank ou

It was freezing cold but Oxbow could manage to made lemonade form the iced lemons. Thank you. All our expectations were met. Special mentioning of the food it was delicious. Hospitality in supporting us to make this event unforgettable even in this harsh freezing cold weather.

We are so greatful to Oxbow management and staff who went the extra mile to make our Childrens wedding the greatest day ever! Their attention to detail is amazing. The staff feels like family always ready to assist with a smile. The food was absolutely amazing and the beautiful venue the cherry on the cake. Our hearts are still smiling and out guests cannot stop talking.
