The Regency Apartment Hotel Menlyn recensioner

Very disappointed! On my first night, I got given a stinky blanket and I returned it to the house keeping ladies. Then my room was cleaned the following day, and dirty towels were taken out but not replaced with clean ones. I went personally to the reception desk downstairs to report this, as the lady on duty was not answering my calls from the room. She promised to arrange for clean towels to be delivered to my room but they never arrived. The next morning I had to shower without any towels.

Everything was excellent. Cleanliness was on another level. We did enjoy and willing to come back again with the lowest price we can trust.

Nothing to say. i am really disappointed with the level of service we received during our stay. No one was helpful at all, when you phone reception no one answers, so what is the point of having the telephone in the room

I stayed at the regancy for my matric dance. The staff was so helpful and supportive. The places is so beautiful that my pictures came my so nicely. My family loved this hotel. It was worth the money to spend my special day here ❤️✨️

The room wasn’t prepared for the next visitors It wasn’t clean Nothing was clean with a terrible smell

Everything about the Regency was top notch. Courteous and thoughtful hotel and restaurant staff, clean room, comfortable in every way.

Easy reservations/booking and zero hassle checking in. The place is and luxurious as it looks on pictures. Highly recommend ☺️

Perfect home away from home. Cozy apartment, all facilities in reach and I was mostly impressed by the smart tv!

After being offered a room without a shower I started to explain why I can't use a bath. That is after the receptionsist said she couldn't guarantee anyting. She rudely interrupted me and shouted she's busy looking. From there it went downhill. Wifi has a funny setup that only works with a cable to router for your laptop. Reception is intermitant and poor. Few people care, smile or are really interested in running a hotel. I gave no feedback at tge end because I wasn't asked how my stay was. Predictably so.
