Prince Albert is a quiet Karoo town. The main street contains some old buildings with local shops and restaurants. The Karoo View is slocated on a side road at one end of the main street, The cottages look onto the mountains and are great to star gaze at end at the end of the day. Our cottage had its own wood burning hot tub. Cottages are well.equipped , good size bathroom and patio. Parking is next to your cottage and there is a security guard and electric gate. Lovely and peaceful

We stayed at the Masterclass House....What a beautiful place. The attention to detail, and beautiful furnishings were just astounding!! Warm welcome made us feel extra special. The house was large, and catered for all our needs and more. Although we never met Howard in person, he was helpful in every way, and made sure that our needs were satisfied. Can definitely recommend this five star "hotel". Will surely be back.

This is our second visit. The cottages are spacious, beautifully appointed and have an amazing view (ours also had a hit tub!). Howard and his team are very welcoming and really cover everything down to the final detail. This is easily one of the best places we have stayed on our travels. Next time we want to stay for a week.

Clean, with a great view and comfortable beds. Second stay at this venue and would do so again. Safe, under cover parking, very spacious cottage, with a verandah, fireplace and TV, plus ample comfortable seating. Well equipped kitchen and braai facilities. Although self catering, cottage was supplied with cereal, yoghurt and a litre of fresh milk as well as the normal coffee and rusks. We ordered the braai packs which were generous and had very good quality meat. There is a small communal plunge pool. One caveat is that the beds are in an open plan lounge area, which may not suit everyone.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Karoo View Cottages, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the owner went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Luxurious accommodation and 5 star hospitality!! The cottage's prime location made exploring the views a breeze. We can’t wait to return to Karoo View on our next visit. Highly recommended!

i loved staying in the cottage. It was spotlessly clean, and so comfortable too, with a lovely indoor fire to make a cold evening cosy. The garden is lovely - my dogs really also enjoyed the stay. it was calm and peaceful. Thank you so much!

The cottages are beautifully designed and decorated. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The fireplaces inside the cottages enhanced the Karoo experience.
