I found five roaches and when I asked to switch rooms the front desk gave me a hard time, then accused me of bringing the roaches, even though I had no luggage with me but a plain black plastic bag since my stay was brief. He even threatened to kick me out at 2:00am and told me to find another place to go. I received no compensation, no apology and even though eventually I switched rooms I decided to leave earlier that expected. I’ve been to that hotel many times but this experience was by far the worst of any I’ve ever had. I usually go every other weekend, but will need to consider my options even if it puts me in an inconvenient position. Not to mention the prior stay the shower did not work, the cable TV had seven channels frozen, and the A/C was sub par.

The bed bord was very dirty, I dropped my phone and saw the bedbord , I was disappointed,,,, I flipped the bed too and it wasn't clean,,, other than that my experience wasn't that bad at all,,,,,,,,, so, the price was a bit expensive for the room

it is good decent hotel .nice ambience.. all are good.. bathroom tub could be kept without stains.. pls work on it so that it will be good one as well. there is no water kept in Gym. This should have been duly filled frequently as it is not going to cost any and attract only.

This Quality Inn is quite comfortable and relaxing. The room I had was clean, and had mini fridge and microwave and the hairdryer I needed in the bathroom. I found the staff to be very professional and helpful. They carried my suitcase up the stairs for me and solved a key problem quickly. The free breakfast was excellent.

The manager Mr. Patel was very helpful. He went above and beyond to accommodate our request and the front desk staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay here anytime I’m in the area again. Ample parking for all vehicles. You will not be disappointed.

The room was clean. The TV was broken in the first room so the guy at the desk set us up with a new room - no problem. All in all we were satisfied.. Much better than a lot of places we’ve stayed on tour.. The breakfast was so so but the area was also clean and the lady handling eveything was very friendly. Adding this to my list of places to stay when we come through this particular area…

The woman at the front desk was very efficient making check-in a very quick event. The room was clean and the hot breakfast was excellent. The shower faucet was extremely hard to turn on. I felt like it was going to pull out of wall it was so hard. When taking a shower the tub filled with water due to a partially blocked drain. Room lighting was extremely poor. There were only two light fixtures for the entire room, both lamps. One lamp was on the night stand and the other was a tall fixture in a corner so it was not useable. This made it very difficult to use the laptop. There were only two electrical outlets for phone charging in close proximity to the beds. I would stay here again as a last resort.

Part of hotel still has smoking allowed. Hallway reeks of it but to be fair, room didn't. There is audible wind blowing in around windows in our room but we were too tired to care. Breakfast was lackluster. Just stayed to rest on way to s. Carolina.

The room price was reasonable. The premises and room were clean. There was a variety of Breakfast selections.. hot and cold. Many different types of restaurants nearby. Its only a few minutes drive to the Amtrak Autotrain station in Lorton.
