A mid stay cleaning for 10 nights may be required for an additional cost apart from the departure clean fee that is quoted. This unit is privately owned and daily maid service or towel refresh that is normally offered in hotels does not apply to this unit. There are coined laundry centers at the resort for guests to use (at the expense of the guest). This unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Regular basic cable is included. TV does NOT include online streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime etc. The bellman service is complimentary however gratuity is very much appreciated. The resort provides a dedicated Bellmen daily from 7am to 10pm. During the late evening/early AM hours, the resort's security team steps in and can assist as well should there be a need. To minimize their impact during your stay: Keep doors and windows closed as much as possible. Ensure screens are securely in place. Please note, however, that some gnats are so small they may get through even the finest mesh screens.
