Great hotel and staff This hotel shouldn’t be a four points. It should be branded as Sheraton or above. Edita, Beni and the rest of the team are great The rooms are functional and modern The spa is just amazing. Better than the ones I found at luxury collection hotels The service is great, much better than the ones from other 5* gl hotels

Lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff, especially Jehon Alickaj from reception he was lovely and very helpful warmful! On my next stays, I will definitely check into Four Points by Sheraton again. We really had a great time there. Thank you so much

My best experience ever. The staff was so professional,especially Lind from Reception , he made me feel like home. Spa was perfect too. I want to suggest to everyone else this hotel since you will get satisfied from everybody there. If I need to rate it 1/10 it will be 11/10.

The hotel was in good location Very clean and comfortable room,The towels was so soft The breakfast was great ( healthy and fresh options available) The staff so helpful and kind Specially Zana .. she is so kind and helpful She do her best with a big smile

I came here the 3rd time and was already recognized by the front desk supervisor, Mrs Zanë Koci, which must be one of the kindest people in Kosovo! So I had a lovely chat and my check in experience never went that smooth. I was already feeling very honored by the warm welcome. On that very same night I had one of the best meals in Kosovo when I attended the restaurant Sospiro way after 10pm. Still they managed to get me one very very good piece of beef fillet. In the morning next day, I went for a massage treatment with Beni, which was very relaxing and totally wonderful! She took very good care for me. So all in all I will definetly recommend and come back soon! 🙏🏼

Our family loves the spa at Four Points. We all have fun enjoying the steam rooms, the pool, the gym or the jacuzzi. It's the main meeting point during winters. We love taking long swimming sessions while the rest of the family are chilling at the warm chairs.

When we arrived, we received an exceptional welcoming by Semra, the front desk agent, and Edita, the front desk manager we then swiftly assigned a great suite on the top floor. The hotel is new modern hotel at the heart of gated exclusive community with excellent restaurants and bars. Breakfast was amazing.

The Four Points by Sheraton in Pristina is a wonderful hotel, staffed by wonderful employees. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I give the hotel 4 stars because the breakfast, though good, was always ready later than advertised. However, I give 5 stars to Beni, one of the masseuses in the spa. My husband and I would come back just to see her again as her technique is fabulous. Best massage I’ve had in years! She, and the responsiveness of the entire staff, bumps the overall score to Excellent. :-)
