Sunrise Oasis Hotel & Waterpark

Hotel food is amazing , pool is great and the Waterpark is great, kids entertainment is the biggest let down. Communal toilets were disgusting throughout the entire trip. Bar is stocked with name brand items. The staff are great and very polite

The food and drink great, rooms are big and clean and the stuff is very friendly! Say Hi to Martin and Andreas! The kids loved the waterslides and the mini golf a lot. The pool area was cosy and we appreciated the fact the sun beds are booked for the all stay.

Our stay was incredible, bar staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you, same goes for all the other staff that work here, everyone is happy and nothing is a problem for them. Eva was super and was happy to help always! Would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it, especially for families with small children. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with anything we needed. A special thanks goes to the entertainment team, particularly Tündér and Martin, who were full of energy and made every activity enjoyable for both kids and adults. The same team runs the kids’ club, which was very well organized, and our 4-year-old absolutely loved it. They offered some great activities, like pottery and fun face painting – all included. The food was consistently good, with a nice variety to suit everyone’s taste. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. We definitely ate more than we should have! The cocktails were also surprisingly good – not watered down, as is often the case in all-inclusive hotels. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, with crystal-clear water and very reasonably priced sunbeds and umbrellas (€2.50 each in May).

We had such a fantastic time at this hotel it's a dream for families with children. There’s so much to do, waterpark,football field and mini golf and so on. The entertainment each evening was top with a great mix of shows, something different and enjoyable every night. Super mini disco too. A heartfelt thank you to Eva from Guest Relations,always cheerful and ready to help with anything we needed. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out. This was our first stay here, but we’re already planning to return.

I honestly cannot find anything whatsoever to fault in this hotel & the staff from all departments were so eager to help & make the stay as stress free as possible. Nothing was too much or even too little for any staff member. An extra special thank you to the pool side bar staff, Suzi, Sagar, Nima & Kinga, just a few names to mention. Highly recommend this resort to families with children looking for that relaxing holiday
