Sunrise Jade - Adults Only

The area of lobby it’s empty no sofa no decoration I think the furniture for room is standard not luxury I mean all the hotels need more decor and more luxury furniture

Magnifique hôtel. Très calme. Bien situé. A proximité de Protaras et de ses plages (où l on peut aller à pied) mais où l on évite la foule! Loin des complexes de masse. Criques en face de l hôtel où l on peut se baigner. Promenade qui passe devant l hôtel. Parking de l hôtel gratuit. Mini réfrigérateur dans la chambre qui est rempli de boisson (gratuites) quand on arrive (rempli une seule fois durant tout le séjour). 2 petites bouteilles d eau par jour sont déposés dans la chambre et 2 petits chocolats en fin de journée (ce qui est appréciable). Fer et planche à repasser gratuite sur demande. Coffre fort sécurisé gratuit dans la chambre. Pas de chaîne de TV française mais possibilité de connecter son compte Netflix sur la TV. A proximité 15min en voiture de Cap Greco. Très belle décoration. J ai eu la chance d être surclassée avec vue sur la piscine. Personnel charmant (notamment la dame blonde à l accueil -que je remercie chaleureusement - qui a tout fait pour que je puisse avoir un petit déjeuner à ma convenance le jour de mon départ à 5h30 du matin).. 2 employés parlent français (ce qui aide). Pas besoin de prendre de serviette de piscine. L hôtel vous en fournira (/prêtera )une pour votre séjour. Matelas de plage attribué à votre arrivée selon votre convenance (vous pouvez en changer), ce qui évite de devoir réserver les transats. J ai vraiment apprécié le calme de l hôtel. On s y sent bien. Je reviendrais avec plaisir et je recommande sans hésiter.

Wow what a hotel, the place oozes class, lovely comfortable rooms, we didn’t have a sea view and had no problem as we were on 5th floor lower rooms may not have been as good, Every member of staff was great and couldn’t do enough for you, lovely food and good selection of drinks at a reasonable price. Pools are amazing and sun bed allocation works so well, other hotels should look at this, My only issue was that we didn’t go for 2 weeks (we will next time) Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough, my new favourite Thank you to all staff,

To be fair we were at the end of season. I’m super pleased we didn’t upgrade to a sea view room as you loose the sun by midday. It’s a strangely positioned resort. All the hotels on the strip have been built far too high, by 2pm there was no sun on the pool or on any of the hotel pool areas along the strip, the sun sets to the west behind the mountains. We’d go and sit on our balcony to get the late afternoon sun, The a la carte restaurants are located within the other hotels in group along the strip and I failed to understand was just because our house was a 5 star out wine cost for the same bottle was higher! Its in on very pretty peninsula only, very little entertainment, an austere atmosphere in the lobby, small bar area. The staff were lovely and very much in need of their break. Would I return no, I prefer the Paphos coastline and bizarrely the vibe and beaches of Ayia Napa.

My partner and I stayed at the Sunrise Jade for a week and we honestly could not fault it. The hotel and surrounding pool area are so clean and well maintained. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming, providing fantastic service at all hours of the day and night. The food is also great and there’s lots of variety on offer. The Ginger restaurant is a must-go! I would 100% come back to the Sunrise Jade and bring friends and family along. You’d be silly not to visit! I only wish we’d stayed longer :)

Having visited this hotel a few years ago with my daughter, I have been yearning to come back and did so this year with hubby. I love this hotel and Protaras in general. The hotel is immaculate with beautiful rooms with all we needed including a filled mini bar that is not restocked apart from 2 x bottles of water every day. We were half board and dined out at 2 of the dine around restaurants as well as the buffet. I think the food was actually better this time round than before. You can also swap your evening meal for lunch if you prefer. This is a set menu. We had plenty of choice for us and the drinks prices were average. The staff are friendly and helpful especially in the restaurant. Nothing is too much trouble. We travelled the end of October when the resort was beginning to close down but this did not bother us. There was still plenty to do/see/visit in fact as the week went on the resort got quieter which was lovely. The weather was gorgeous albeit a bit windy at times. Obviously the nights got darker earlier but our balcony did get the afternoon sun which was great as the pool area was totally in the shade by around 3.30pm. You are allocated a sunbed at the start of your stay but as the hotel was so quiet, people just moved around following the sun. It was also cooler when out walking at night so jacket was required. I used the indoor pool every day but this wasn't heated. There is also a sauna. Another brilliant week before returning to the horrid English winter. We will definitely return to this hotel.
