Silver Sands Beach Hotel

Very misleading indeed…booked this holiday for my daughter who’s just finished her GCSE’s, so I decided to have a Mother & Daughter holiday… After arriving very late, we checked in with a lady who barely spoke English or Greek ( which I can do both) She informed me we had to pay for WiFi and only 2 devices were allowed. The room was ok, twin beds with a very old air conditioner which did work, No water was left in the room ( so bring your own) What I didn’t realise was that when we woke up the next morning and looked at the bedding, there were body stains on the duvets…so a complaint was lodged, plus the towels were not changed for 3 days!!!!!!! We’re still here… The food is average…none of the salads are covered so the flies have fun… I’ve been coming to Cyprus for 25 years & have lived & worked here… The staff are friendly but the waiters need a lot of training… We won’t be returning to this hotel!!

Firstly a massive thank you to Mikela, Magda and Lucy and Maggis the bar man plus all staff, they're all assets to the Tsokkos organisation. Our holiday was magical and the staff catered to our every need, slight confusion with our room but swiftly delt with and our stay was made to feel like paradise. We were pampered and spoilt and the ladies mentioned above really made our special occasions so cherished and memorable we are planning to return and have recommend silver sands to everyone we speak to. The bartenders was awesome, thank you guys. Food was delicious, I recommend this hotel if you are interested to go on holiday at Cyprus. PS: MAKIS and SEXY from pool bar We are sending u best regards, u know who write this up. THANK YOU FOR HOLIDAY!
