Good quality hotel for a short stay in the Providencia district, near all main attractions and shopping venues. From the higher floors there is a good view on the city and the sunset. On the points to be aware of: the air conditioning system in the room is located near the bed and this makes sleeping not very comfortable. Also I would not rely on the reception calling taxi for you - in our case their partner company announced a 45 minute waiting time in the morning right before our flight.

Brand new hotel just well placed near to all the best in providência. Waking distance to Costanera shopping mall, and easy and quick access from/to airport by taxi or subway.

聖地亞哥應該算是南美小歐洲。酒店非常有vibe，走路5分鐘到智利最高建築。周圍有性價比超高的法餐（要排隊）。酒店乾淨。早餐一般。但是很有度假感覺。

Excelente hotel Habitaciones muy cómodas, servicio de limpieza y habitaciones excelentes. Ubicación en plena providencia cerca del metro y del mall , lugar bastante tranquilo. Desayuno excelente.

前台小姑娘稍微差點意思，明明訂的大床，卻給產檢。酒店本身還不錯，乾淨衞生，邊上有很多不錯的餐廳，房間遠眺可以看到雪山。

酒店大廳有微波爐可以熱食物，且提供熱水。大床房很大，寬敞，早餐種類多。位置絕佳，下了樓走一小段路就是地鐵和華爾街charging bull，屬於是downtown中的downtown

酒店位於新城，相對安全，步行幾分即可到達sky center，周邊餐飲方便，離地鐵預計步行10分。適合出差入住

環境不錯，酒店設施很新，位置很好，距離市中心各個景點都比較方便，衞生也搞的不錯，但是早餐種類相對較少。

Muy buena ubicación, desayuno adecuado y todo muy limpio.

算不上好，也不算差。開業時間不長，進房間能聞到裝修後殘留的異味。地理位置還不錯，看到好幾個旅行團入住，人流量挺大。

我在這個酒店被偷了200美金和200歐元。這些錢和我的內衣襪子等私隱衣物，但還是被偷走了，我百分之一百確定這是酒店員工的行為，太讓人不敢相信了
