Excellent location, friendly and reliable staff, clean rooms with many amenities. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, complete with hot water kettle, and the wifi and cleaning service. It was hot weather in Santiago so we also appreciated the fans provided and that the windows were open and shades pulled down to cool our room upon our arrival.

Heidelberg Haus, is located in a residential area, in Santiago, in the Providencia commune, in front of a pleasant square, due to its location, it is very quiet and at the same time close to shopping centers. The hotel is very well organized and in terms of security, it complies 100%, the cleanliness of the rooms, the light, the comfort, excellent. This stay for me had a surprise factor, and it was that on the second day of arriving, I damaged my knee, with which I had to change the room to a lower floor, change that was made without problems as soon as it was possible according to availability, this change was totally necessary, since the hotel does not have an elevator.
